She forgot to charge us for the filling and we paid to reset the tooth only. 2 days later and my son has no pain and no swelling after she reset the tooth. She asked to do a follow up visit just to see how it is progressing. She advised she forgot to charge for the filling so instead she wrote it off as a charity. She did not charge for the follow up visit either. This goes to show there are some dentists in the world that still care for there patients. Dr. Pape is one of those dentists.

If we hadn't been forced into pre-paying our cleanings after the initial exams, we would never have set foot in this establishment again. They charged me $800 on top of what they collected from insurance for a special cleaning that took maybe an hour and a half total. They made me come in for two cleanings about 45 minutes each with a hygienist. They are very nice people but clearly do this regularly to make more money. My friend said they said the same thing to her so she went to her old dentist and he told her that was a common dental scam. She only needed the normal cleaning. I had no cavities. There prices are ridiculous. Don't go there unless you don't care about the costs.
