They gave me a treatment plan of work they recommended for $3,714.00. I was shocked that I needed 4 crowns, etc. as my previous dentist always said everything was fine. I decided after 2 visits to go to Forward Dental. Forward Dental told me everything looked good and sent me on my way. Also, another thing, I was annoyed that Dr. Cassie told me countless times that she thought I should put veneers on my front teeth. When I told my friends, they were shocked. With "Dr. Dave", you get much more! Is it possible for a dentist and his staff to actually make you feel you had fun at the dentist? When you come in, the modern office building has great wildflower garden with a walking path, so if you are a bit uptight, you can feel at peace with a quick stroll...look out for bees :). Through the front door gives you a "homey" feel with a fireplace and plenty of cushy chairs in the waiting area. Feels like a living room at your house. The place is busy with what looks like 10 patient rooms, but you never feel like your in one of those high volume "franchise" clinics. My experience with the dental hygienist's (asst) is they are thorough and "soft to the touch". No gum bleeding by an aggressive flossing! Dr. Dave has a great sense of humor and you can hear him making patients laugh in the other rooms. I can't talk with somebody's hands in my mouth, but I can sorta laugh. Schlaack appears to have the latest in technology, doesn't have a hard sell on cosmetic or whitening procedures, and the charges seem to be reasonable (based on what the insurance covers). If you need a competent, easy-going dentist for you and your family in the Delafield/Lake Country Area, try this guy out.

Her reasoning made no sense and it was painfully clear that her priority was making money, not patient care. To make matters worse, the assistant and front office staff were unresponsive and disorganized--it took days just to get a basic appointment scheduled. The experience felt unprofessional and dismissive from start to finish. Afterward, I consulted two other dentists who had no issue assisting me and treated me with professionalism and genuine care--something that was completely lacking at Dr. Kelly's office. Oh, and the waiting room? The furniture is far too low to the ground--completely inconsiderate for many patients. It's just another sign that money is being pocketed rather than reinvested in patient experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I had been in severe tooth pain for about 2 weeks straight, living off of Ibuprofen and tylenol. On my journey to figure out what was going on with my tooth, I went to 3 different dentists who couldn't figure out the issue. It wasn't until Dr. Dan Smith walked in the room that I felt a rush of reassurance, trust, and kindness. Dr. Dan has an incredibly caring bedside manner mixed in with the utmost professional demeanor in his responses to your questions. He took his time with my care, listened to my complaints until I was done giving him all the information that was important to me, and he reassured me with confidence in his answers. I cannot recommend this establishment and Dr. Dan enough. For the first time I felt cared about and that I was in good hands. It took Dr. Dan no more than a couple minutes to come up with the cause to all my tooth pain / issues. Their pricing is beyond fair compared to the surrounding dental offices. There are huge differences between healthcare practitioners who put patients needs and interests first, and those who do not. You can tell from the first phone call what their priorities are. This is a practice that genuinely cares about their patients. And I love that they are holistic, natural, female-owned, have female dentists, are OPEN and happy to share information about what to expect if you become a patient there, friendly, kind and empathetic on the phone. In my experience, if any medical practice rushes you off the phone or or if they're just cold and uninterested in you on the phone, they'll be cold and uninterested in you when you're a patient. This practice was wonderful. Very open about everything I needed to know, patiently answering all of my questions until I was comfortable choosing them as my new dentist, and even open about the products they use. I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of both Dr Terese and Dr Richard, and have stayed with them ever since. This past year I decided to try Dr Terese for some "facial enhancements" i.e. Botox and Juvederm filler. I also wanted to take advantage of a special low price offer on Botox. Understand that I'm an older adult and over the last 10 years, I've had Botox and filler done many time at various local medispas. So... not my first rodeo. Amazingly, Dr Therese did a better job using Botox on my significant forehead lines than all the rest! The results turned out very even and natural, something, that in my case, has been hard to achieve.. Since the Botox worked out so well, I thought I'd try the Juvederm filler for a bit of extra lip volume and decrease in marionette lines. Again, Dr Therese took her time and was extremely careful and precise. Juvederm injections were done while I was relaxing in a nice comfy dental chair. An assistant helped things go more smoothly. AND, results were fabulous... better than many of those done by medispa professionals. So, now I not only recommend Bailey Family Dental for all dental needs.... but for cosmetic services as well! .

When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. (No resolution) If this is a portion the insurance did not pay. It should be labeled that way. Not as an additional line item labeled something else.
