Since then, my husband, son, and both my parents have begun coming here. And, all with the same rave reports. Dr Plecas and his assistant Rachael did an excellent job on filing two cavities and installing a crown. The amount of time spent on just color matching the crown, for a tooth in the back of my mouth, stood in stark contrast to my experience at the previous dentist. Dr. Caputo was able to see me this morning at 8:00. He was able to save the tooth and put on a temporary crown. Permant crown will be put on next week. I only mention this little experience because sometimes my friends are looking for a dentist for whatever reason. I highly recommend Dr. Caputo. When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. (No resolution) If this is a portion the insurance did not pay. It should be labeled that way. Not as an additional line item labeled something else.
