What a fun and inviting entry way with Legos and toys all around and every staff member was so friendly! Dr. Jadin was FANTASTIC - he was so patient and did a great job of explaining (yes, to toddlers ) what he was doing while he counted and brushed their teeth and sang songs! He gave us great information on teeth brushing, breaking pacifier and finger sucking habits, etc. as well! We couldn't have had a better first experience and know that our boys will love to see Dr. Jadin, his friendly staff, and the fun toys as they get older as well!

A few minutes later, we are now driving to the "not so fun kids dentist" and the receptionist calls me to tell me that they need to reschedule, I said "No, your not, we are 2 minutes away",so the lady on the phone said she needed to recheck to make sure they could still keep the appointment, she tells me that they can see my daughter but only if she makes it here in 2 minutes, rushed driving on the slippery roads to get my daughter here. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable customer service-last time here at the not so fun kids dentist.

After (2) different primary dentist visits, both had the same results of 14 cavities. We have been faithfully going every 6 months. Not once have we ever been told about any issues. So much for preventive care. We can't wrap around on how an individual can get 14 cavities within a year... Dr Rick and staff are clearly not doing their job. Shame on you. Look elsewhere or advocate for you and your family. Clearly Small World Dentistry doesn't care.

For years 2013-2016, I was mistreated and am now here out the the anger of my PTSD. 1: They did work on me that both my mom and I think was unnecessary, as I recall never feeling pain or any signs of cavities or abscesses in the teeth that needed to be work on, extensively, with apparently enough numbing being laughing gas and an "anesthesia" covered scraper, poked hard into my gums. 2: Apparently, they thought that the issue was that I was not happy with the dentists, considering at the time of the abuse, I was between 5-8 years old. So instead of giving me actual numbing to do work that I believe was not needed, they changed me to a different dentist. 3: In May of 2021, I switched to a nicer, local dentist, he asked this office for the files with my history and they refused to give them to him. Hiding your abuse, eh? 4: My mom was not allowed to be in the room with me after I turned 5, because apparently that's the age where children and old and mature enough to go anywhere without their parents, shit, we should make the drinking age 5 if you think that 5 is the age where people are comfortable being on their own! 5: They told my mom for years and years that i should get braces, not when I have adult teeth, IMMEDIATELY, put braces on baby teeth and have them fall out and fuck up your adult teeth! Anyways I got Invisalign from a nicer, local orthodontist and not these child abusers. This place hurts children for no reason for money, take my word. You guys are lucky, when malpractice happens to a minor they have until they're 18 to sue, and we don't want to sue as of now due to how hard malpractice cases are to win. Maybe it was by design? To make money and not face consequences? I can tell you who I am, and we'll see what you have to say.

I came back here to get a second cleaning and my dental hygienist Sue is super nice. She's very good at explaining things and knows my sensitive spots on my teeth. She's so helpful with addressing my questions and concerns. When I asked her what she likes about her job most, she said it's the people that comes here. She one of the patients/clients came here saying it's like seeing family members. It's true. They're so kind and respectful that you feel welcomed there like family. I recommend this place. I got new toothbrush and toothpaste from Sue. She's so sweet and I love how considerate she was. Thank you.

Disgraceful experience - do not go here…read more My wife had a wisdom tooth pulled at Dental Associates of Wauwatosa on Monday, July 21, and the dentist who did it was a butcher -- rough, careless, and left her in serious pain. Four days later, her neck is swollen, and we're worried she has an infection. She called them on Wednesday to report the pain and swelling, and their response? They told her that a 51-year-old woman "takes longer to heal." Are you kidding me? That's not just dismissive -- it's irresponsible. Since then, we've called three more times, and no one has followed up or shown any concern. My wife and I have been patients here for over three years, but this is the final straw. This place clearly does not care about their patients once the procedure is done. We're now heading to an emergency dental clinic because they won't help. We're never coming back -- and you shouldn't either.

When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day.
