**** November 2025 update **** Going to give this clinic…read moreanother opportunity to help diagnose, manage, and treat all health conditions holistically. Hopefully they can find ways to monitor and fix the underlying issues without prescribing quick fixes or stimulant medications this time around. It was easy to book an appointment, but they are fully booked out due to the holidays which is understandable.

I wish I had looked into this practice a bit more before choosing it as my primary care provider. I…read morerecently submitted FMLA paperwork with a clearly communicated two-week deadline, but unfortunately it was not completed or sent to my employer within that timeframe. I made several attempts to follow up by phone over the two weeks, leaving voicemails but not receiving a response. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was told I would receive a callback, but I did not hear back. After additional calls and difficulty getting through, I ended up going to the office in person, where I waited and was informed that my paperwork could not be located. I understand that offices can get busy, but the overall experience felt a bit disorganized and communication was challenging. My initial visit also left me hoping for a more coordinated and attentive experience. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve communication and processes for future patients, especially when it comes to time-sensitive matters.

I've been looking for a PCP, I was trying to find someone closer to work since I usually sneak out…read morearound lunch time for my appointment. Sadly the other spot was not accepting new patient or lucky for me they turned me down so I was able to find Roseman Medical Group. What a night and day difference! I called to inquiry if the doctor is accepting new patient, the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. Took my info and was able to schedule me in the NEXT day! I've completed all the required forms online via the portal (highly recommend) Once I arrived (20 minutes before my appt) Check in was super easy, there's 3 windows and they weren't busy at all (one other patient) ID/insurance card and 20 bucks and 5 minutes later they called my name (yes before my scheduled time) Nurse walked me in, did the weight check (I swear my jacket weights 2 lbs!) so I had to take that off. Thru a maze of hallways, the room is very clean. Did the usual checks some Q&A and I thought I would wait some more for the doctor. NOT this place! Doctor came in super fast and did the routine check. After the doctor is done, waited maybe another 5 minutes for the nurse to come back with the lab work info, etc. then off I go! Already scheduled another appointment 6 months out. Overall, very smooth process, I will be back.

WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL PATIENTS: Gross Incompetence and Complete Lack of Medical Ethics. I gave…read morethis practice chance after chance, but what I just experienced is not just disorganized; it is dangerous, cold, and a complete failure of basic patient care. If you value your health, do not trust this office. Since 2022, the turnover rate at this clinic has been staggering. You cannot get continuity of care because providers flee this practice constantly: * 2022-2023: I began with Shawnna Fitzwater, NP, who was spectacular but left. * 2024: Reassigned to Michele Brock, NP, who also left. * 2026: Reassigned to Dr. Denise Davis, who also left--right in the middle of a major medical crisis. Red Flag 2: Left Stranded with a BIRADS-5 (95%+ Cancer Likelihood) Result Dr. Davis ordered a breast MRI and abruptly left the practice (which I understand its not something the practice can control) The MRI came back with a BIRADS 5 rating, highly suspicious for malignancy, meaning radiologists put the likelihood of cancer at 95% or higher. With no assigned provider in the middle of a terrifying, urgent situation, I was passed off to Dr. Sydney Phan, who ordered a breast biopsy. Red Flag 3: Sitting on Urgent Biopsy Results for Days My biopsy was completed on July 7th at 9:54 AM. The radiologist explicitly stated that given the extreme urgency, results would take 2 to 3 days. But their official time to wait was a week . I waited an entire agonizing week in total silence. No one called. No one messaged.I finally called the imaging center (SimmonMed) myself. They confirmed they had already sent the results to my PCP days ago. The official SimmonMed report explicitly proves they issued the pathology results on July 9th at 11:34 AM. Furthermore, their official communication log includes this exact note: "Note from Women's Care Coordinator: CALLED DRS OFFICE TO RELAY PATHOLOGY REPORT. SPOKE WITH FRANK. HE CONFIRMED THEY RECEIVED THE LAB RESULTS AND THE PT IS AWARE" This clinic had confirmation of a highly time-sensitive, life-altering diagnosis on July 9th, and they chose to do absolutely nothing with it. Red Flag 4: Dr. Sydney Phan's Defensive, Uncaring, and Incompetent Response During the follow up app, I took these concerns in person to the office manager first thing in the morning who actually listened, was very apologetic, and promised to follow up on them. Never heard back. Instead of showing an ounce of empathy or taking accountability for a massive clinical ball-drop, Dr. Phan became incredibly defensive. She stated and I quote: "We never call anyone for anything." As a nurse, I was floored. I reminded her that this was an urgent, life-threatening potential cancer diagnosis, not a routine nor urgent lab result. Dr. Phan then stated her own timeline of when she received the paperwork, directly contradicting SimmonMed's official medical records. My breast oncologist has since explicitly confirmed that this office's timeline and delay were entirely inappropriate. Dr. Sydney Phan is inexperienced, entirely ineffective, and fundamentally uncaring. To look a patient in the face during a cancer scare and defend a profound failure of communication by saying "we never call anyone". Look at the other reviews for this practice. The pattern of high turnover and systemic neglect is real. This was the absolute last straw for me. I am taking my care elsewhere, and I strongly advise you to protect yourself and do the same.

Making an appointment was easy, the front desk staff is very thorough on the phone, checking me in, and even on the way out. The MA/Nurse was incredible, so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Tsai is awesome! He was so patient with me and answered all my questions and reassured all my concerns. He had a great explanation for anything I was brining up to ask about. He's so friendly & so professional. I've never had a male doctor before and couldn't be happier after meeting him. I felt heard and respected. It was such a smooth and painless appointment. So glad I was referred to him! Side note: a negative review below said he was in his 70's which made me nervous. That is incorrect. Dr Tsai must be in his 40's/early 50's if that. That was a false Yelp review. Easy parking, easy paperwork, just bring your ID, Insurance card & prepare to pay your copay or deductible. Please learn how your insurance works before blaming an office for their billing codes. Anything beyond a yearly/no issue physical will most likely be billed differently. Be prepared to pay towards your deductible or get different insurance. :) I recommend this office! 10 outta 10!
