Aftee 40 years of not seeing a doctor because of self imposed fear, I have finally found a caring, gentle, knowledgeable doctor, one willing to care about the needs of my body . I have spent the entirety of my life not trusting doctors, until now. Thankfully, because of Dr Molin I now look forward to my visits. My blood pressure was off the charts, both high and low, causing me to have frequent loss of vision and fainting. Dr. Molin changed the medication and no longer do any of these issues exist. I would like to say THANK YOU to the staff, especially Monica and SHY, phlebotomists who have cured my fear and anxiety about having blood extracted. The bedside matter of a doctor is usually a thing most men don't really complain about. I mean really, we just want to get "in and out," like the burger. But man, this Dr. takes the cake, and the icing. Maybe it's guys he doesn't like since I see the ladies give him good reviews, but his way of interacting with me was less than desirable. Basically, this dude said nothing useful, just: "Well, whatever.You're fat. Come back and take one of my tests, set another appointment..." and then, POOF, he was gone like the roadrunner, without the "beep, beep" hanging in the air. Then you're rushed out, and you get a $300 dollar bill to be told what you already knew and in a rude manner. Not a very good deal. Definitely going to vote with my wallet, and go be seen elsewhere. read more

Because Medically, I am very versed. I not only have worked various times in the Medical field, but I have doctors on both sides of my family. NP, Mario Godoy was impeccable in his attention to my issue. I'm beyond impressed with the thoroughness, warm welcome and courtesy I received. I'm extremely grateful to have this practice at Village Medical being available to me! They treat you like a person, and not just anotuer number. As a very Healthy Senior that I am, I'm treated here as such, and not talked down to or spoken to as if I were deaf..etc., etc.? It may sound funny, but it's not funny! The other 3 Medicare Advantage Insurances that I've been on, shamelessly conduct themselves in this manner. They sit there in Triage like you're a strange bug they've never seen before, and speak to you really loud, just in case you can't barely hear them? Yes, it's weird to say the least. Plus, the Staff and their Practitioners at this facility treat you right, like you're the only patient they'll ever see? Absolutely awful office staff. They make it a nightmare to seek any sort of treatment. This is a common theme throughout the reviews. As an example, they and their glitching system aren't capable of keeping track of the right appointments. When I previously tried to call them about an appointment that had already been moved, I was told by the automated machine that there were 7 callers ahead of me. They also kept any sort of fees or charges a complete mystery as long as they could--even when I repeatedly asked for the estimate for the sleep test. Conveniently, at the next appointment to get the sleep testing equipment, they expected payment right away. They also made it miserable to return the equipment. They act as though you can come any time and drop off the equipment. That turned into a very very very long wait. As to the doctor himself, he appears too busy to give more than a few minutes for the consultation. Felt very rushed. read more

The take-home test was a joke from the beginning, and the doctor didn't even want to spend a minute to interpret the result. Basically, regardless of the sleep test results, he will refer you to some random CPAP machine sales guy to get some commission out of it. I have been going to Dr. Molin for over 8 years. Yes... sometimes you have to wait. But in the last few times I went I had a wait of less than 15 minutes. He knows my chart and history. Once.. I went in for stomach/chest pains...he had me to a specialist that day and I was scheduled for surgery the next day for a gall bladder. I have had nothing but nice experiences with his front desk staff and scheduling. They seem to know me and are always helpful with whatever I need done. You get more with sugar than you do with vinegar... you speak to the girls with respect and niceness... most people will take are of you. Also... When I call I can normally get through to a "real person" not a voice mail or on hold for 50 min. I can get a quick appointment and they will take care of prescriptions very quickly. read more

I never would have thought I had Sleep Apnea. My pcp Dr. Bikas Sharma wrote me a referral to Dr. Clinton Molin on 2481 Professional Ct Las Vegas. He is a very nice and caring man. His staff is very professional caring people. I had to get 2 sleep studies in order for him to be sure what was better for me. I Thank Him For That. The 1st time I had the sleep study the young black woman was very polite. The 2nd time was a young Caucasian man also very polite. I feel bad not knowing their names they did tell me. If you have 45-60 minutes to sit around waiting to see a doctor even when you made an appointment, this is your doc. This doctor has such little respect for your time and will only spend 5 minutes or less with you. My last appointment, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment to see the doctor. The waiting is ALWAYS PACKED and I started talking to people next me. One person was scheduled to see Dr. Molin at the exact same time as me and another was scheduled 10 minutes before us. Why would you double book patients and make them wait 1+ hour? read more

Although the doctors at Clifford Molin's practice are good, I would not recommend this office for the following reasons: They cancelled my appointments on three different occasions. I have never had a doctors office with such poor scheduling. They do not provide over-the-phone follow ups. You have to come in for simple things like pap results, which means I had to pay $20 co-pay and STAND in the waiting room for 30+ minutes (there was no available seats) just to get a piece of paper saying I was fine. All three times I went to the office I waited 30-60 minutes to be called back (I arrived on time for all my visits). For all of these reasons, I am not going back to this practice. read more

Caring and competent doctor. If you need a sleep study, I'd recommend this one. The staff is fine. For Las Vegas, I guess you could say they're excellent, since so many are rude and unprofessional. The wait time can be a bit much. But he's a good doctor, so you put up with it. Prices are expensive, with or without insurance. The need for a Primary Doctor is vital, you will not want to jump from Quick Care to Quick Care. Dr. Molin is a Super Detail oriented guy that I have been using for about 15 years, his Nurse Practitionar Debbie is a very caring alternative and Dr. Philander also has good manner so it is a win win. Love the Doctor! When you call, you will never get through, always an answering machine. Don't count on the calling you back that day. My insurance pays for a Management Care Program, they will return your call 24 to 48 hours. Not acceptable. I've been in his care for 10 years, now it's time to look for a new doctor. read more

Where to start...I have narcolepsy and for the last 20 years, no one has ever asked anything about it. I was always told that I was sleepy because I was depressed, I was tired. because I was anxious. Dr Molin recognized my pathology and helped me through my diagnosis. If you are looking for either a Sleep Medicine Physician or an Internal Medicine practice, I can fully recommend Dr Molin and the Zeeba Sleep Center. Besides being a GREAT Physician, the staff are friendly, prompt and accommodating! And this is coming from another health care provider - I will that all of my colleagues displayed this type of professionalism, listened to their patients and treated them with the same respect! read more

Excellent company to go through if you suffer from any sleep problems. I suffer from severe obstruction sleep apnea and Dr. Mulen got me in and taken care of as soon as possible. I went from stopping breathing 197(!!!!) an hour, down to 5 times an hour and I couldn't feel more fantastic. Don't put it off or go somewhere else ( trust me, I've been to a few sleep centers) and this is the only one I've seen that's spot on!! Thank you Zeeba!! read more

The staff outstanding until you come encounter with a Chick name LINDSEY. She tall white NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! THEN she try and get other employees on her side to talk about Patients. She's bringing down Zeeba staff. She's don't know what people are going through she needs to become more friendly with customer service are I will never return if someone like I have to deal with. This could be a 4 star review if it was not for the service at the front desk. The lady at the front desk provided a very poor service, she was short and very rude. She pretty much made me feel like she was doing me a favor. It's sad to encounter someone like this as that was the first impression once you walk in. Except for her, the doctor and their staff were pretty nice. I came in on monday morning and I had to wait about 1 hour until the doctor came to see me. I have been going to Dr. Molin for more than five years. He has been very thorough and concerned about my care. He has a Quest Lab right in his office so it is much more convenient to do blood work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The combination of a board certified internal medicine doctor and sleep doctor is hard to find. Dr Molin is a good Dr. His office staff is terrible! They are rude and incompetent. Especially Colleen at the front desk and Vicki in the billing dept. When I questioned my $499.50 bill for my "free" wellness exam without a copayment. Vicki told me "Pay it or I'll turn you over to collection"! When Colleen questioned me about what I was asked at my wellness visit, "can you grocery shop, can you talk on the phone?"- I said no one asked me those questions. She kept saying over and over ,"So you're calling Dr Molin a liar?" I wonder if Dr Molin knows this is how his patients are spoken to? How ironic as I'm writing this Yusra from the billing dept called and wrote off the copay. And then Wendy the office mgr called (after 5pm) to listen to my story. I feel like they are following my every key stroke! But, gotta give them credit for calling back and trying to fix things. Especially to Wendy for listening. Bottom line, a 15 minute Dr's visit shouldn't be $499.50! Patients with a Wellness visit with no copay, shouldn't be charged a copay. The staff are unorganized. Mixed up my appointments and I had to take off from work. I'm very displeased with this clinic. And this was only my second visit. The staff Sherry didn't seem to empathize with me. She and the other staff said I was a no show for not showing up and so they had to give my home study away. Totally unprofessional office practice. Made an appointment request via their website which indicates a confirmation will be issued. Two days before the appointment still no confirmation. So I call and am told the website request carries very little weight and I need to reschedule for a week later. I'm never given a reason why my original request wasn't honored. Late last year's appointment; was on time. kept waiting 30 minutes; finally called; after waiting another 30 mins for doc, had other places I needed to be and had to leave; total waiting time one hour; they actually had the nerve to get on MY case and said I didn't keep appointment. It's o.k. for them to keep you waiting, but they don't care how long they have to keep you waiting. Had another lab app't few weeks ago. Called the day before to confirm; all o.k. Showed up 10 minutes early wait 10-15 minutes; receptionist stated I didn't have app't for lab work. Took off work and waited for nothing. I have been to see Dr. Molin 3 times now. He is treating my sleep apnea in conjunction with the Zeeba Sleep Center. He is not my primary physician however he does check my vitals every time. I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes at any of my appointments. After my sleep study he has arranged for everything I have needed to treat my condition. I am feeling so much better under his treatment. I would recommend that anyone that is having sleep trouble and not feeling as expected to see Dr. Molin and get on the path to safe and effective treatment. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the staff at this office. I have been routinely disappointed with the phone service regarding routine service. In the office, they are just going through the motions-doing the work but poor customer service interactions. It's not that they're out right rude: it's that they don't care. Have seen Dr. Molin several times. He's nice but says very little unless I ask many questions. He is quick to offer pills but is miffed when I tell him I have bad side effects. He actually said the pill, Celebrex, doesn't have those side effects (all I did was sleep!) . I was not taking ANY other medication and used to work in home health. I felt he did not give me the respect to believe me. Due to this lack of respect, and poor office staff, I have moved on to Health Partners Group (Dr Wingard) who has outstanding customer service, effiicient and friendly staff, great diagnostics and LISTENS! This office also runs paid studies plus Zeeba Sleep Clinic. The departments are disjointed and don't interact well. I think these Doctors have taken on too much for this staff and can not handle all their responsibilities. Perhaps that is why the staff is so cranky. read more

As Alex M. mentions having people wait for extended periods of time for an appt. is bad practice not only that but never returning phone calls or addressing patient needs is a horrible practice.
