Mark, the MA, was polite, professional and courteous. Christine is beautiful, confident and competent. She never made me feel uncomfortable. She engaged and explained. I trust her. After two weeks of calling to try to schedule my annual appointment, I am done with this practice. No one answers the phone. You are supposed to leave a message, but I know that doesn't work. My husband had to reschedule his appointment and he left a message three days in advance. No one called him back. The next communication he received was a bill for a $25 no-show fee. I just called another practice, someone answered the phone, and I scheduled an appointment. How refreshing! read more

I had gone to the centennial location for an annual exam. Found out I have skin cancer and they scheduled me for surgery. Didn't say much and of course we think just do whatever we have to. The skin cancer is not only on my face but near my eye. About a week out is when the panic set in. Being petrified to come out looking like Frankenstein. My gut told me to get a second opinion. I got online and booked a last minute appoint with DR CRISTIAN GONZALEZ and it was an absolute blessing!! That man is an angel! He took the time to explain everything, answer any questions I had and addressed my concerns. He helped me find the Dr that would be the best fit for my situation and took something so frightening and made me confident in the situation. I cannot thank him enough for his time, his patience, his bedside manor and the fact that he just CARED!!! I know to some it may seem like he was just doing his job but it meant everything to me. Hat off to PA Christine Crovetti!! My husband went to his DERM appointment today (can I just say he doesn't like going to any doctor, for anything. He doesn't like wearing masks, and he can be very challenging to say the least) but I love him! He came in after the appointment and he said "this was the best doctor experience he has ever had!!" Very Unprofessional. It is our first time here and we were not greeted upon arrival. I'm currently waiting over an hour for my son to be called in the back and be seen by a doctor. I asked the staff how much longer. Their response " a little bit longer". They have already charged my credit card for the copay, otherwise I would have left. The whole time waiting, we over heard the staff members talking bad about their patients. The doctor didn't seem to care when I talked to her about it. This was very disappointing. They are the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. Requires a referral for certain insurances but doesn't let patient know. Then schedules client, let's them know the day before their appointment that they need a new referral even though they are an established patient and then cancels the appointment after blaming the patient for scheduling the appointment a year ago. If you don't want a headache especially if it's for your child, don't go to this practice. read more

Dr. Call is great. She did my incision and was very calming and caring. Her assistants were great too. My wait times for both of my appointments were short, which was a nice plus. Jordan Spoon is awesome with wonderful bedside manners! I have brought 3 of my children to Thomas Dermatology for different issues, and while the office staff isn't quite professional or pleasant, I have been pleased with the care of Jordan and by her assistant Dominique! They are by far the most professional, beautiful and lovely ladies to see! My son saw Vanessa, and while she was professional, she wasn't as caring about my littlest guy. I waited a month and a half just to get back to see Jordan, and I'm glad I did. The girl who checked us in at front was not friendly or welcoming at all. Back office was great. read more

Dr. Gonzalez has been such a great doctor for my 16-year-old son. It's hard finding doctors who will spend more than 5 minutes with you, but that is not the case with Dr. Gonzalez. I recently found a new dermatologist and am extremely satisfied! I have seen Galina and Christine recently, they are both very pleasant and knowledgeable! Today I had a question on my statement, so called the billing dept. I have never had such quick turn around to my situation! Nelson in billing dept advised me that my secondary insurance was not on file so I emailed him a copy of both sides of card. Upon receipt, he phoned my secondary carrier and called me back stating all was cleared up. All this within an hour. I am elderly and in the past, have held on phone with different billing depts and very seldom do they call me back. It's so nice to deal with someone that likes their job and knows what he's doing, ie; customer service! All this on a Friday afternoon! Thank you Nelson/billing dept. Happy Holidays! read more
