I said absolutely not... I won't trust anyone but Morgan Air to make that decision. Andy came out and sure enough - he fixed it!!! He saved me thousands of dollars. He also saved my neighbor thousands when she had a scummy company come out who tried to rip her off. Thankfully I was able to convince her not to sign the contract and I sent an urgent message to Morgan Air to come give her a quote. They came out quickly and charged her less than half the price for the same job!! The service is quick, they are extremely thorough, pricing is very fair, they never upsell or pressure me to do more than what I can afford and is needed. It is also immediately evident that Andy knows the HVAC world like the back of his hand. Every time he has been out he takes the time to look through everything, and he educates me along the way! He finds ways to prolong my system and reminds me of things like my filter needing to be replaced lol. He really looks out for me and my home and I can't thank him and Morgan Air enough!!
