I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). They did a great job however there wasn't any transparency on fees. I was not told there was a diagnostic fee from the scheduler nor from the crew that came to my home until afterwards. I wasn't happy as I didn't have this in my budget. I had called the office to bring this to there attention and was transferred to a manager. I explained that these diagnostic fees were not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when the plumbers came to my home and I wasn't happy. He said he'd get back to me. Never heard back! FYI. There's more than just a service trip fee with this company' beware they charge for a diagnostic fee also.‍
