Needless to say, I had an issue and did not call them back but today and was told it wasn't wired correctly and that is why it runs 24/7. Needed a replacement evaporator coil for an obsolete air handler made in the 70s. It would have…read morebeen quite a job to replace this handler because of where it was located in the home. Also the homeowner didn't have the cash to install new air handler and bring 220 volt power to it (old unit was 120 volt) none of my local suppliers had any coils that even came close to fitting. I did a search online and found Sustainable. Called them up and spoke to a warm and friendly lady who explained all the coils they stocked and could make. Engineer Steve was able to get me a slant type coil and metering device that worked great for the application. Part was shipped fast via Fedex, and needed minimal modding to install. Now I have a happy customer that can have their air conditioner back for a price they could live with. My thanks to Steve and the Sustainable team. Glad to know that someone makes parts for older HVAC equipment that still has life left in it.
