The initial experience was poor--the company rescheduled several times, and arrived at a time we did not agree upon (i was at work). When they finally returned when i was at home, it was very late (past 8pm). I had originally signed up for 3 hours of service. Sylvia talked to me for 30 minutes about what i wanted done, but included that in the 3 hour time (so i only got 2.5 hours of service). In addition, she kept pausing to take phone calls.
The service she provided was shoddy--no attention to detail. However, this was around christmas, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and gave her a healthy tip.
Then she said she would cut me a deal to clean my entire house for 90 dollars in january, and i agreed.
Again, she rescheduled several times, which is highly inconvenient due to my work schedule. She did a better job cleaning this time, but i had to point to places she had missed the previous time. Had i not pointed those things out, she would not have cleaned them.
Then i wrote her a check, that was changed between the time i handed it to her, and the time that she cashed it.
I raised this to her, and she said it must have been the bank, and not her. She said to take it up with the bank, and that if the issue wasn't resolved the next cleaning would be free.
Again, giving her the benefit of the doubt, i took it up with the bank and scheduled another cleaning.
However, again, after rescheduling several times, she informed me that she would come but wouldn't work for free.
So finally I cancelled the service, losing all trust in her.
From my perspective, she didn't keep appointments, didn't do a good job, and is highly suspected of cheque fraud.
Do not use this service.
