The servers were attentive, fast, and knew the menu well enough to answer all our questions. Also important, this is a Coke Zero establishment. So I was already winning before the food even showed up. I went with the Husker Chicken Sandwich and sweet potato fries. I always ask for my fries well done, so yes, they looked extra crispy in the pic, and that was exactly what I wanted. They were perfect. The sandwich was huge, delicious, and something I will absolutely order again. Their honey mustard deserves its own shoutout. Top tier stuff. Now for the one downside. I know it's summer, but I absolutely froze in there. It felt like dining in a meat locker. I know not everyone is as cold-blooded as I am, and there are definitely worse things to complain about, but I was counting down the minutes until I could go thaw out in the car. Still, I'll be back. Just maybe in the fall. Or next time I'll bring a sweater. Or a blanket. Or both.

I believe that they have specials throughout the week but do not know for sure because I usually only make it there on Tuesdays. It has a wide range of customers from blue-collar workers grabbing a few drinks after work to the country club groups that seem to make their way in from Tiburon Golf Course just down the road. No matter who comes in though it has a very friendly atmosphere and the groups intermix after sharing a few cigarettes together out on the patio. All in all it is a great place to grab a bite to eat and the tab always seems lower than what you expect after having several pitchers or draws because of the great drink specials.

I like layout with the giant waterfall and one giant screen in the center. The game room on the other side of the wall. The Waterfall is located in a mostly affluent area and on a golf course and seems to get a lot of golfers, or regulars who the staff will provide with priority service. Don't be put off if the bartender does talk to or take your order you right away, she is probably busy talking to one of the regulars and she will get to you eventually, you just need to be patient. In summary: -The food is okay. About average for bar fare. -The service is inconsistent. It depends who is working and if there regulars there because they will get priority service over people they don't know. -The ambiance is slightly better than other sports bars in omaha. Typical sports bars have all the TVs turned and blasting the volume to the point where you can't even talk. The waterfall is not that bad by comparison.

Pizza was ready right on time, and the smell was great all the way home. Initially, I was disappointed in the side salad, as it came in a box approximately the size of a big Mac box. I paid $5 for this? But when I poured it into a standard cereal bowl at home, I had to level up because there was so.much.salad! And it was fresh, and delicious. Toppings on the pizza were generous, and it looked great. Cupping pepperoni can be a little spicy, and the sauce had a little spice as well, but was very good. I got the standard crust (vs thin crust), and maybe standard is the best thing I can say about it. It was meh. Not fluffy, not chewy, just better than frozen. Everything was cooked well though, and I applaud that. Lots of pepperoni, olives and maybe not quite as many mushrooms, but a fair amount. I'd go back, this time trying the thin crust. Timber Creek has a fair amount going for it -- and friendly staff to boot!

I liked the variety of unique pizzas on the menu, but when it came time to add the actual unique toppings, they fell short. I had the street corn pizza, and there couldn't have been more than a tablespoon of chorizo on the entire pizza. Additionally, the sauce on top had a gross mayo-ish texture. If I were to return, I think I would play it safe and stick to the classics.
