Glad we did. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and watching them make pretzels from scratch right in front of you is a nice touch. We ordered three Salty pretzels and one BBQ (Parmesan, garlic, and herb). They came out fresh and fast, doughy, warm, and finished with a generous slather of olive oil. Both varieties were good, though we'd probably stick with just the Salty ones next time. The real standout was the Dangerous cheese dip. It was such a hit with the whole family that we ordered a second cup before we left. On the drive home, I asked my kids to compare it to Pretzelmaker, their longtime favorite and a high bar. My husband had the Maple covered ones and they were gone in seconds. We went all the way to Solvang CA.
