We knew just walking in our new home the air quality was bad. I called Justin for duct cleaning and he set up a walk through the next day with me. Talk about service! The following day they were there to clean our ducts. Him and his crew went above and beyond. He gave me insights on other things in our new home as well, he even patched up a return vent that wasn't suppose to be there! They installed a brand new top of the line filter for our system. Our ducts are now clean and his sanitizer smells amazing! The whole house smells brand new, and we can immediately tell the difference in air quality. My issue is that I'm am looking to get a receipt for the work done. I paid him at time of service and he promised a receipt and in over 6 weeks of requests he has failed to send one. He also took photos of the work and promised electronic copies which I have not received. The ceiling tiles in the basement were damaged by the solution that was sprayed in the duct work. I've asked him to address this but he has been unresponsive. His work was good and Justin is very passionate about clean indoor air but the amount of work getting a quote and trying to get information back from him is just not worth it. I'd suggest using a more professional company.

They advised that due to the age of our washer, and the cost of the repairs, that it was better to just buy a new washer all together.
