Availability - they were able to come onsite next business day. Similar companies were two weeks out Onsite employees were informative, kind and work diligently. OK: The service. I kid you not, the air in my house seems cleaner when the heat is on. But I wish they showed me all the crap they pull from the ducts. Did they collect a hairball or a garbage dump worth of material? And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. Leftover mess - While they did a great job cleaning the ducts, they kicked a ton of dust into my newly finished basement. It feels like they cleaned one thing only to make a mess in another Unless you're in desperate need of duct cleaning or carpet cleaning, this isn't worth it.

I called Isaac HVAC and spoke with a rep in Rochester who was very empathetic to our situation. We are seniors with heart conditions and the temp was reaching 98°. We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. He was done within an hour or so. The price was VERY fair. I am just amazed at the level of honesty, professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that stands behind this company. Isaac HVAC is the best. Jordan thoroughly inspected my unit and troubleshooted the potential causes for the "weird noise". Once he identified the issue, he quickly checked to see if the needed part was available. He then ventured out in the foot of snow we had, picked up the part and came back and did the install. Great job!! So, again Isaac came through when needed and I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by Jordan and his support team.

It has become an unusual experience to find a service company that combines quality, expertise,…read moretimeliness, and just damn nice people: C & J Dryer Vent is definitely one of those companies. For most folks - like my wife and I - the dryer vent is not a major thought. We take the filter out, clean it, and return it - and believe we have done all we can to keep our dryer clean and safe (i.e., fires do result from a build-up of lint). But we were surprised - and shocked--one day to find the dryer filter would no longer fit. A flashlight look revealed a horrible build-up of lint, packed so hard it could not be scraped. My wife contacted C & J for no particular reason, and wow: they fixed the problem, to be sure. But they did more than that: showing me before and after pictures of the lint build up, cleaning the vents, and charging an extremely fair price. On top of that the two folks - Chris and Joann - were friendly, engaging, and patient with my questions. I recommend this service 100% -- it is impossible to fathom another such service better than C & J. Errol Craig Sull

They were supposed to clean my cabinets, furniture, and walls of soot that accumulated from a kitchen fire. Terrible. They took a wet cloth and dragged it across my cabinets and furniture leaving water marks everywhere. They did not remove soot from cabinet handles, corners or inside the cabinets. Also when I asked them about the inside and dishes they took a wet cloth and wiped my dishes. I had to wash every cabinet and dish over. They mopped the floor but did not get up the soot that was ground in to the floor. It was money waisted. I am extremely disappointed. Their price is reasonable, however during their intake information they should have recorded that it was a two family house or at least ask a series of questions so that when they arrive the price is not nearly double of what I was initially quoted. When they arrive at the house they didn't seem like they wanted to do the job and I would give them the benefit of the doubt just because it is the holiday season and nobody wants to go to work, but that first impression is they weren't wanting to do the work. Pros -When they left it smelled clean -Feel as if they did a thorough job Cons -Didn't wear a mask during the service -Didn't wear booties for their feet, so they were tracking outside dirt -Left dirt behind and both the downstairs and upstairs bathroom which I had to clean up -Could've been more tactful with customer service not pleasant and they were complaining about things they encountered during the job within earshot so I heard everything

They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
