But we were surprised - and shocked--one day to find the dryer filter would no longer fit. A flashlight look revealed a horrible build-up of lint, packed so hard it could not be scraped. My wife contacted C & J for no particular reason, and wow: they fixed the problem, to be sure. He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly.
