We dealt with mice in our unit and the heat in the winter barely worked. We had to rely on space heaters just to keep the apartment livable. Management is incredibly rude and dismissive when you bring up problems. Instead of helping residents, they respond with attitude and make everything more difficult than it needs to be. The move-out process was especially unpleasant and really showed how little they care about the people living there. Overall, extremely disappointing experience and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

There have been some elevator issue on one out of three elevators. Guest parking hasn't been an issue because there are open street parking on the rear of the building with no time limit (granted, the guest will have to enter through the parking garage) . The concierge at the front desk are very friendly and easy to talk to. There's always someone in the leasing office to address any concerns. I scheduled and confirmed a tour but when I showed up there was no one there. I waited 10 mins over my scheduled time. Turns out the leasing agent got stuck in traffic. I got a call later on that day from management saying that the leasing agent got held up at another location (so the stories didn't match). A random staff member gave me a tour of one apartment and it was nice but did not have a lot of closet space. I felt like my time was not being appreciated so I left. The kitchens are especially large with lots of counter space and high end appliances. Every apartment has a front load washer and dryer. The building is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. There is a great Fitness Center and a every unit comes with a storage unit. The Building Management and Maintenance staff are friendly, responsive and easy to get along with. There is a grocery store (Ashley's) just up the block, and just past that, a great Brew Pub (Gaslight Brewery). Starbucks is just across the street. The train station very close by and the express train to NYC Penn Station only takes 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I am going to be very to the point and give this place the honest review it deserves. Good This place has all utilities included, with the exception of WiFi and your cable, of course. That's great. It's a great deal from the outside looking in. It also has a clubhouse, a gym, and a pool. The gym is nothing to write home about but other amenities are generally okay. Bad Now for the bad. Mice. They say the mice come up from the basement at times especially if you have an apartment near the trash chutes. Service/Repair/Maintenance issues around here are really bad in general. They range from weird stuff that isn't that serious, like the elevator stopping at the 3rd Floor EVERY OTHER TIME you get on it, to water damage suddenly leaking into your apartment from a washing machine on the floor above. Damage was pretty much extensive as you would expect water damage to be. Floors needed redoing, walls and ceiling damage. Also there are strange water outages every now and again, these happened often when I moved in around October-January, then they died down afterwards. I noticed a reviewer before me noted that. The water issue is obviously very jarring when you're trying to get to work or school. The place is generally in need of a major upgrade. Looks great when you first come, but then you start to see the cracks all across the facility. Needs help overall. Ugly Management. I am not sure why but management is generally very apathetic and one of them is actually outright rude and has an attitude. The other two (the actual manager and the lady who sits in the front office) are decent. That said, some of the security people, who are generally cool said they have problems with management too. As far as tenants go, they move very very slowly with requests. Not sure what the issue is, perhaps more staff is needed. There used to be a really good Super who was very prompt and got things done well and quickly, however, he unfortunately left and things are being left undone.
