I have been to quite a few escape rooms and decided to check this one out. I called the location…read moreafter finding a room we wanted to book. The woman on the phone was fast and made the process easy. There were a few things I did not like though. The room said 2-8 people. I ttold her possibly 4 would be joining. It also said online $25 per person when I clicked two people. She stated that I needed to pay for all 4, and that if I only paid for two she would charge me $70 instead of $100 for 4 people. I thought that was really strange. She then took my card information and did not offer me a confirmation email. She just said she would see us 15 minutes prior and that if we were late we would need to schedule a different time or get store credit. I asked if I was getting a confirmation email, and she said she can send me it if I needed it. These were the only things that made the experience odd. When we arrived the lady working was super nice. She went over all of the rules and explained the process. We finished the room in 45 minuted but she was just getting another room started so we waited a few minutes. This wasnt too big of a deal as it isnt typically expected that a group finishes too early. She was super nice and took photos for us. The room seemed pretty easy and they give you three hints if you want to use them. It was not that complex as the ones I have been to. I think it is a good beginner room for sure.

There were many locks and puzzles to figure out throughout the two sections (one "outside" the cabin & one inside). It was really well put together and we were given two small hints, one in each room. We finished with 7 minutes remaining. I wish there was a discount for more people, but the price was similar enough to other escape rooms in the area. We'd go back!

There are activities galore at the destination. We have chose 2 hour climbing park. I have called at first with few questions all of which were answered. My suggestions before going would as follows: - to fill out waiver beforehand (it expedites the entry process). - to bring your own gloves (garden, batting or even weightlifting kind would all be appropriate), otherwise you purchase at the check in desk. - wear appropriate shoes, gripped even better (we are visiting from Florida and I only had fashion tennis shoes which I do not recommend). - bring your own water bottle (it can be safely set anywhere around the park). There are drinks for purchase though such as water, Poppi, Gatorade and Celsius to name a few. - there are 9 courses total, 3 of which are for 5 years old and over. Due to time constraints if you want a challenge, start with the hardest. My son and I finished 4 and we did the opposite. By the end I was taking numerous breaks and was wiped out. I felt as if I'm missing out on the hard courses. - consider wearing pants/shorts with zippers. I wore bikers shorts with side pockets and had my phone and keys in them. At the very first course, I noticed my keys were gone. The staff were incredibly helpful. They found them before I came down from the course and safely stored them for me. I compliment the staff and appreciate their attentiveness! I will be returning with all of my kids (ages 14, 11, 5 and 3) next summer when we visit Michigan!

You'll find a two headed turtle, a blind snake, a few albino reptiles including an albino alligator and so much more. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they took their time talking with us and interacting with anyone who had questions. Petting and holding the reptiles really made the experience fun for the kids. The stacked habitats were too high to see what was in all of them. The lower ones were good enough for me to peer into..... Hairy spiders. The aquarium side had a huge jelly fish tank that let you change the colors of the lighting with the press of a button so you could see them glowing in the different colors of the water. There were sting rays, small sharks, axolotls, unique looking fish and much more. It's jam packed at every turn with creatures big and small and for all ages to enjoy. Their gift shop is nice with lots to choose from. From stuffed animals large and small to little tokens in every price range. It's definitely a fun and educational place to visit. As for the positive, my grand daughter had fun and that is the most important factor. The toys were clean and the carpet/floors/bathrooms were also clean. The negatives. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. So many activity centers, climbing structures, play houses etc where not there. I was very surprised about the lack of toys and climbers. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the female worker. I quickly realized her two children were in the playcenter and thought how nice she is allowed to bring them to work, or she may be the owner. My granddaughter and I were the only people in the play center other than her and her two children to start out. She did not come around to talk to us, show us around or interact with us, which was fine but her son was wanting to be with us and she was not being attentive to him and I found myself having to interact with him and prevent him from accidently hurting my 14 month old grand daughter. When he would get very rambunctious she would call out to him from the other side of the room but not come over. A woman arrived with no child and fast food items, signs on the walls said no outside food or drinks. The worker and this woman started chatting at the front couches and were clearly friends. Another women arrived, also with no child, also bringing in an outside drink, also a friend of the other two women. The three women proceeded to have a visit. Another woman arrived with a child and she joined in with the other 3 women for the chat/visit, I did not see her being checked in or paying the $16.95 fee but maybe she had a membership. I was at the playcenter for almost two hours, the worker never came over to see if we needed anything or to check on us. A few times she got up of the couch to pick up toys or wipe a table but did not interact with us. In fact my granddaughter went over to her as she was picking us some toys and she did not smile at her, talk to her or interact with her. I did not expect her to babysit my grand daughter, I was there to interact and play with her. But I found that she spend the entire 2 hours we were their visiting with her girlfriends. As I left I had to say good bye to the 4 women who were deep in conversation, I think we would have left without the worker saying goodbye if I had not spoken first. The lack of toys, climbers, equipment and the behaviour of the worker was not worth the $16.95 entrance fee. I am happy my grand daughter enjoyed herself but will not be back or recommend to my community.

Eventually, we migrated to the second floor and began wielding the axes. If you've read my previous writings you'll understand why I was disqualified and Marshalled the events. FWIW, at the end I threw against the top axe chucker and thoroughly cleaned his clock. This should garner me creds amongst the younger folk. Back downstairs for more snacks, drinks and the results. Now let's talk about the GREAT. -Ruff-erees..... hands down these people are the star. The way they have eyes on all animals at all times is phenomenal. The redirect any play that may be getting to aggressive. Even when not aggressive they just keep an eye on who just needs space. They interact with the animals (and the humans too) keep the place sparkling clean, water bowls full and all things happening. I do not know what type of training they have for staff but it is impressive!!! If your dog is up to date on shots, spayed/neutered if over 1yrs old, and loves to play.. this is your place
