You'll get ALLL the friendliness you need in an equivalent store in Japan: Maybe even too much, honestly. My partner was treated well consigning a fall jacket, and that's done partly electronically now, including making the appointment and receiving your estimate. The employees at Beacon's Closet may be more polite but they make you wait around for your estimate like a dog. This makes for tricky washing or do I need to dry clean?
