A third party contractor did show up and said they did not here from shop. Still never heard back from Cody as of writing this review. If you want somebody that manages their own sales orders and are on top of your special day; go somewhere else.

I called and complained and was assured that the arrangement I ordered would be sent the next day in time for Christmas Eve. When the flowers had not arrived by 4 PM on Christmas Eve, I called and was told that they had changed the delivery date to December 26th. No one had contacted me to tell me this.
