I called the store from inside the store three times and no one picked up.. after 5 minutes of walking out back and yelling hello someone finally comes out and he was unapologetic and rude. He seemed like I was bothering him and laughed at the fact I waited very long. He gave me the most green strawberrries they had and that was just horrible my 9 year old ate them still because he wanted them reason why I waited the long time and walked out back to find an employee but quality was very poor and the manager didn't seem to worried about the front of the store being unattended when I called this morning to explain my experience and inconvenience

I chose Teleflora for the beautiful arrangement that had my mothers favorite color scheme with greens, dark pinks, and purples and a beautiful blue and white croc ware style vase. There were other vases to chose from, I paid extra for that one. I understood that there may be some substitutions based on available products to meet what was available. I didn't think that would apply to the vase I paid extra for. I didn't think colors outside of the scheme would be added, like yellow, which I purposefully avoided because my mother doesn't like yellow. I didn't think that would mean replacing most of the flowers and removing the elements that made it unique. What was ordered does not resemble what was ordered in any way. The order should've been rejected or I should've been contacted. I was very emotional when I saw it because it just didn't resemble the special sentiment I intended. 2 stars because it was delivered on time and the flowers are healthy.
