I ordered flowers after Mother's Day and the owner was quick to inform me that they were out of flowers and would fulfill my order later in the week. I was fine with this and opted to wait instead of request a refund. When I didn't hear anything when they were supposed to get new flowers, I sent an email just checking in as the weekend came closer. No response. Wedding had been canceled and the owner of Lady Slipper Creations said that she would refund my family everything from our deposit except the cost of the flowers as nothing was made and nothing was used. I had no problem with that in understanding that I chose a very different type of flower and she may not have been able to use them otherwise. After this agreement they did not return ANY phone calls and did not follow through with refund. Painful situation with loss of money on top of it.. ALOT of money. Would not recommend ~ highly unprofessional and made a devastating circumstance that much worse. read more

I hired Karen Flanders this past summer to create several perennial beds around my property. This turned into a total "plantscaping" overhaul of my property. She is AMAZING! Literally created a floral oasis. I ended up tearing up my entire front area of my home too and Karen designed a beautiful array of shrubbery and flowers taking great care to make sure I'll have something blooming all year. She always shows up, is super enthusiastic and passionate about her work..stands by anything that is planted, and knows just what to do to get flowers blooming!
