I chose this florist due to the reviews. That was a mistake. I ordered a $170 arrangement the morning of Dec 22nd to be delivered on the 23rd. The arrangement was to be a bouquet of white roses, snapdragons, hypericum berries and greens in a large glass round white vase. Instead they sent a container of white mums with the tops spray painted red. It was about the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. I wish this site would allow photos so you can see what they sent. I called and complained and was assured that the arrangement I ordered would be sent the next day in time for Christmas Eve. When the flowers had not arrived by 4 PM on Christmas Eve, I called and was told that they had changed the delivery date to December 26th. No one had contacted me to tell me this. I would not walk, but run from doing any business with these people. read more

This floral company is top notch! We aren't in St. Pete any longer but I will always remember how happy I was with their service, the selection of arrangements, and how -- even though their prices are a little high -- I knew our recipient would be very happy with what they received. I sent flowers to us, too, and I WAS very happy with what we received. The scent of the flowers was irresistible, the flowers lasted a long time, and they were worth every penny we spent for them. I am retired and not looking for work but I HAVE to say this: I never considered working with a florist but I definitely would work hard to get a position with Harrington Flowers just so I could be surrounded by all the beauty and essences of that shop. Daughter's wedding was held at Bedford Village Inn (Bedford, NH). We wanted a local florist and Harrington's was recommended. My daughter had some ideas and pictures. They listened and gave her exactly what she wanted. I was utterly amazed when I saw the flowers. They looked absolutely gorgeous. I was so happy with the centerpieces as the lanterns looked too small for the table. They dressed them with greenery and they looked spectacular. Searched for a local flower place to deliver to my in-laws and Harrington had the best reviews. Their selection looks lovely, but most of their arrangements are well over $100, especially for the sympathy arrangements. I decided to go for their mid-tier designer special for about $85 but wanted to check to see what was actually in stock so gave them a call. The woman who picked up (didn't catch her name, but she said she lives in Chester near me!) was very sweet and lovely and explained the process of picking fresh flowers and designing. She offered to discuss my order over the phone and what I was looking for and we placed it right there so I didn't have to go through the process online. Brad worked with us to determine what would suit our needs and what we wanted and accommodated us without even questioning the very condensed timeline we gave him. My Daughter was getting married and we were out researching florists in the area to get an idea of how much it costs for her wedding flowers. First since Covid hit the area, a lot of florists were not open. But there were some, and we entered one store only to be told to leave because he didn't have time to speak with us, we left disappointed but then happened onto Harrington flowers. we walked in and Brad met us, very nice man, took his time with us, asked me to show him a picture of the wedding dress and immediately showed us flowers that were on her dress, he could put in her arrangement, needless to say. Truly in awe of how my flowers turned out for my wedding! Brad & Linda were a pleasure to work with and were in constant contact throughout the planning process. The flowers were beautifully put together and looked so clean and fresh. There was concern about getting Playa Blanca roses since their supplier hadn't been able to recover from the recent storms. I showed up the day before to view the flowers and every arrangement had them! I was so impressed and happy with the final product. We got rave reviews from all of our guests. He was able to exactly translate my vision...well to be honest, he made my visision even better than what I imagined. Every detail was perfect from my bouquets to the arrangements around the estate, to the vases with beautiful flowers on the tables. He happily went back and forth with me on the phone as I wasn't sure about some things and recommended other ideas that ended up being so amazing. I am a big fan of Harrington Flowers! I used to live in NH and I worked in Human Resources. My company used this florist for sending arrangements to employees for various situations (ie: get well, etc). Occasionally I would stop into their shop and pick up out arrangement or gift for various occasions or "just because." Now I live in NC and I still use them when sending arrangements to friends back in NH. They are always pleasant on the phone and accommodating to what I am looking for. They do nice work! read more

For our wedding we used Harrington's based on the recommendation of my best friend. We worked directly with Brad the owner and he was amazing. I showed him several pictures of what I liked and he completely interpreted my vision. I only had to visit once and everything else was taken care of over email and phone. Another thing to note is that Brad worked for Winston's for 15 years so his experience is better than most. The pricing was very reasonable and no sales tax in NH! This place was great. They were very kind and patient as we picked out flowers for my mothers funeral arrangement. Prices were fair. They were extremely accommodating and even called the funeral home to find out the dimensions of the piece the flowers were going on. They were able to get my mothers favorite flowers on 2 days notice and make beautiful displays for her. I enjoyed my experience here much more than other florists in the area.
