I am a floral designer in Ohio and I always call Chalifour's for floral deliveries to my family in NH. They are wonderful to work with and take the time to discuss the flower varieties they have in their coolers so that I can get the design just right. I am a very picky customer and they always deliver fresh and beautiful flowers and their design style is elegant. Their price point is extremely reasonable for what you get. read more

New to the area and tried this place out for Valentines Day this year. I feel like I got ripped off tbh. Maybe I did it wrong... I selected by the stem and put my own bouquet together. Total came out to $90 w the bouquet add-ons. Flowers didnt even last that long either. Market Basket bouquets actually better for your standard roses. Spent $15 on a white/red rose bouquest here that lasted at last twice as long as the roses I got from Chalifours. I know V-Day can be hard to perform on. So maybe it was a one off. But hard to see the value to go back unless needing some sort of floral services. read more

Lovely selection and dedicated folks who take pride in their craft. We were so pleased.

I use Chalifour's flowers quite often since my family lives in the Manchester area and I live across the country. The arrangements have always been beautiful and delivered on time. A few weeks ago I had to change an arrangement a few days before and they were able to change it with no problem. Chalifour's will continue to be my go to! read more

Sending flowers from across the country can be risky in terms of service and quality. Took a chance on Chalifour's and was very pleased. Mom raved about the arrangement, and they delivered quickly at the last minute. Just used them again for a friend who is hospitalized. Gorgeous flowers delivered just 2 hours later. Well worth the money! I will use them again and again for my Southern New Hampshire florist needs! read more

Gave me a metaphoric Valentines Day Heart Attack today! Ordered flowers 10-days in advance for delivery today. Called and spoke to Cody for an eta Window if possible. He could not find my Order Number, last name, or address. He would not definitely say he lost my order. He said he would call me later. They are not organized. Apparently their website orders (at least for busy Valentines Day) are outsourced to a third party and they are not part of a system to track those orders. A third party contractor did show up and said they did not here from shop. Still never heard back from Cody as of writing this review. If you want somebody that manages their own sales orders and are on top of your special day; go somewhere else. read more

This flower shop has provided many surprising and beautiful moments for my boyfriend and I, very grateful for their beautiful work! I have been given several bouquets over the years and they are always gorgeous. A few times, he chose the flowers for the bouquet himself and they're always assembled very beautifully. The staff had always been very helpful. read more

I had flowers delivered to my attorney and her assistant before 2pm. Flowers were sent before 3pm just as I asked.. I received a phone call with a very happy response telling me that she has never received a beautiful arrangement of flowers like the one they received today... She said they were just amazing and knew exactly where they were going . To her dinner table for thanksgiving. Thank you. read more

Excellent variety. Helpful staff. Very flexible, able to adjust to your liking without any judgement.

I had a wonderful experience today with Chalifour's. I ordered my mom some flowers at 1:40 today and they were delivered by 4 pm. So impressed especially considering tomorrow is Mother's Day! The driver was so nice when he called. The flowers were "florists choice" as well as the daily special so I did not know what they would look like beforehand. I decided to roll the dice because of their great reputation, and I was SO impressed with what the florist put together! Far better than any other flowers I've sent from other places. Thanks for doing such a lovely job. read more

Online ordering was easy. They followed up with a phone call offering thoughtful customization of the bouquet. My wife guessed that it cost a lot more than it actually did. It was really beautiful and we filled three of our vases with the flowers. Really great work and great price. Thank you!! read more

Friday before my wedding my fiancé & I went to view our flowers. My account was taken over by the manager because the florist I was working with for the last 2 years left in December. When the manager showed me my flowers I was shocked. Beyond shock was more like it. Every single flower was PINK. I was in such disbelief that I had no words. My fiancé asked the manager 3 times if we could send her a picture of what I wanted & she said NO. My MOH flowers were 4 white roses. Not a smaller version of my bouquet. I immediately contacted a friend who is in the floral business & explained the horror of my flowers. My friend said no worries I will fix your flowers. Saturday morning they "fixed" my flowers. I was already in Maine getting ready for my wedding. I looked at the pictures and they were fixed but not as I wanted. I told the manager the flowers were fine. If it wasn't for my friend fixing my flowers, my day would of been very upsetting & stressful for me. Each color of my flowers had significant meaning. White for the wedding, pink for breast cancer & the stargazer Lilly because that is my favorite flower. I never received a phone call from chalifours for me to come in & do one last consultation to go over my flowers. This was horrible business practice & chalifours has lost us as customers. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND THOUGHT ALL THE PINK FLOWER WERE OK...especially when the manager had very detailed instructions from my previous florist. read more

Absolutely the most disappointing experience of my entire wedding day! Ordered my flowers months ago, a week before the wedding I called to see if Michelle ( the wedding specialist) had questions, she couldn't find the order. This was after an Emil two days prior when I had toake an appointment for a phone call she's very busy!! She was very unprofessional and rude. When did find the order that we had actually emailed about two days prior, she said that she had it figured out. Skip forward to Friday the 3rd, we're picking up flowers and leaving town. First, the gray haired lady with a cane that works there, completely ignored us while she helped a regular customer (she called her by name) carry a tiny basket out to her car. Still not being helped. Finally, someone else that had no clue, brought my flowers out, centerpieces and my bouquet. My color was Tiffany blue, I had picked ivory roses and green white to green hydrangeas. Guess what? Michelle decided blue hydrangea worked!! Michelle appeared, didn't even ask I'd we liked them, I mean wait, she didnt even make eye contact. She struggled trying to process the credit card and no one offered to help us out to our car. Needless to say, when we got to our wedding destination, fortunately there was a huge white hydrangea bush on the property so we were able to pull the blue flowers and replace with white. Even then, they looked like shit. So, thanks Chalifours for taking my money, doing a terrible job, having crappy customer service and inferior products going out the door. That was my last experience in NH and am glad to say we're moving out of state in days. Chalifours is highly overrated, spend your money at Trader Joe's and do your own!! read more

I am a world class procrastinator so I ordered these flowers yesterday for delivery on Valentine's Day (today). I just went with the Deal of the Day upgraded cause I can't make decisions. I was pretty surprised when they arrived by 10:30 AM on Valentine's morning. She loved them and said they were full and beautiful and that the chocolates were sizable and not the tiny things a lot of flower companies send. Very satisfied! read more

I will from now on buy carnations from a grocery store rather than visit this place and have to suffer the awful customer service. Truly just awful. Zero care or consideration in preparing flowers for my hospitalized wife...and the arrangement put together was woefully amateur at best...tied with a balloon ribbon!! It looked like a joke. But even worse, I was treated like a second-class citizen, that is, totally invisible, throughout the time I was there. Zero help, zero suggestions, zero recommendations after explaining to the woman the situation. She said...and I quote, "go in the refrigerator and figure it out yourself." Even when I did so, she made me feel like I was putting her out when preparing a bouquet for my wife. Indeed, she even made snide remarks about my choices as she did so...not to me directky...but under her breath, just loud enough for me to hear her sanctimonious displeasure.. I strongly suggest thinking twice before patronizing this establishment. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. read more

I'm very disappointed I'm not allowed a refund on my deposit that I put down. We ordered some flowers for an event 8 months from now, and they're denying my refund. You can't tell me they can't fill that time slot between now and then. Another florist offered a lot more for a lot less money. They did offer store credit, I'll give them that. . I'll never use that store credit, or recommend them. Update: We never even progressed to a signed contract... read more

Yesterday my husband picked up a bouquet of flowers and the cashier was beyond rude. He asked "I'd like a bouquet " and the response was "go over there and pick it out yourself". When she was wrapping it , he asked for a ribbon as he saw thick beautiful ribbon. She wrapped it in cheap balloon ribbon and made sure to snap back reminding him rudely three times that they need a water source. I've lived in Manchester for 40 years and this was the place to go. Never again! The only reason I gave one star was because the Daisies were pretty. read more

I have been ordering all my flowers from Chalifour's for the past several years. They are simply the best. For Valentine's Day I ordered 24 long stem roses for my partner through Teleflora. Teleflora unlike all the other Flowers sites has actual local florists deliver the flowers and rather than in a box unbloomed, these are presented in bloom in vase on delivery. Teleflora also allows you to actually choose a local florist from a list. I looked at all the options on Yelp and most had no reviews or poor reviews other than Chilfour's so I chose them. Couldn't be happier. The flowers arrived first thing in the morning and my partner has already posted them and my humerous card in the flowers to Facebook and they look picture perfect. I recommend ordering from them if you live in the area or through Teleflora and choose them if they are an option. Oh and Teleflora emailed me shortly after to let me know they were delivered. read more

I have been using Chalifour's for years, since my daughter was very little and I was getting flowers for her dance recitals, and love them. If you go in and arrange your own bouquet, they'll wrap it up beautifully for you and will even attach water vials to each flower, major attention to detail. Nice to be able to be creative sometimes! It's so reassuring to order flowers from clear across the country and know they will be as perfect as these. Thank you, Chaliflour, for the lovely customer service, for making me look like a hero and melting my Mom's heart. Chalifour's got an email order from me around 11:30am & delivered locally by 1:15pm! I'm impressed by that ~ but even better, the arrangement is nicer in real life than pictured on the website! The flowers were colorful, fragrant & fresh (arranged beautifully) & came with a little bird & birdhouse planter (for reuse), about $60. Delivery cost $9.99 (includes tip). Extra Great Points: for sending me an email that the flowers were delivered successfully! I'll definitely use them again. read more

I have never seen a company be more unwilling to accept work. We are planning our wedding a d called for an apt which the "wedding" staff Susan stated she wouldn't talk to us till after valentine's day...2 weeks away. For an hour consultation she couldn't find the time and was unbelievably rude. With a 6000 dollar flower budget they certainly have a good business model to act that way. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I saw a beautiful arrangement on the website and took down the name of it. Then I called them to place my order. They were very willing to deliver the flowers on the same day. I gave them the name of the arrangement I wanted and that I wanted the midsized. What I saw on the website was beautiful full of red roses and red carnations with a few white flowers tossed in for contrast. What was delivered was full of white flowers with VERY FEW red roses and carnations. Not at all like the photo I saw on the website. Very upset. This was the first time I had used Chalifours and it is my last. Very expensive for what I got. Doesn't look anything like the website. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Five stars twice to this florist. They were the only ones who were able to put a fruit and snack basket together on the same day for delivery. It was the hospital that refused to accept the basket that afternoon and the next day despite Chalifour's repeated attempts. When the basket finally connected with my son and daughter-in-law, they just raved about the basket. My mom in LA asked where she should call to send flowers. Chalifour's. Son and daughter-in-law expressed how beautiful the arrangement is, and that everyday a new flower blossoms. read more

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work! She is such a hard worker who truly listened to what we were looking for in our wedding flowers.
