I had no idea. She took the card but asked them to take the flowers back. The owner called me and told me what had happened and told me he had refunded my money. I was really surprised. The lady that was dealing with my wife thought she put her on hold but did not and then talk to her coworkers Very rudely about my wife and how ridiculous she was for wanting to change the color of the ribbon. She spoke very nasty about my wife to the other employees there. When the representative lady from coles garden garden return to the phone call my wife let her know that she never put her on hold and that my wife overheard everything she was saying about her. Not impressed at all and just buy this one experience we will never shop at Coles garden again!!! Update I spoke with the owner. She was very nice to me and corrected the issues to the best of her abilities. She apologized and was very respectful to me and my wife.
