Each designer has a unique approach to their work." Okay, I'll give them a shot! I go in, super friendly person helped me. I said "I need a boutonnière, I want something red and unique. Not a rose." Specifically said not a rose. Price was cheap. $12. I should have known I wasn't going to get something unique. Because today when I picked it up I had the most boring plain red rose waiting for me. Savannah went above and beyond to rectify a really disappointing situation. My order for a funeral was out of delivery service for the Flower Outlet. They used their Flower network to place the order closer to the funeral home. What arrived at the services were embarrassing, disappointing and outright cheap versions of what I ordered. Savannah did everything right. Contacted the network, explained the situation in detail and even called the shop that filled the order directly to work out a some type of reimbursement. The Flower network and Flower outlet stood behind their services by offering a partial refund for the situation. The florist did nothing, but the Flower Outlet has removed them from their vendor list. Kudos to the Flower Outlet I appreciate their loyalty to their customer, especially Savannah who followed this through to its resolution. read more

Very disappointed with my order. I've never ordered flowers for a funeral so it took me a lot of time to find the most perfect arrangement that I thought the family would really love. I had the pleasure in dealing with Shelly who was so kind with every question I had and helped me place my order. I asked for a picture to be sent to me once it's done. To me, the arrangement looks so different than what I ordered. The elements that I loved weren't there. I specifically chose this arrangement as I loved the longer base, the dark long leaves with the lilies hanging down, the two separate tall sides of stems with the difference in height where the Bible will be. I called to see if there could be changes before it went out. I spoke to a manager who really wasn't too open to hearing my thoughts and said the funeral home liked it and was impressed. I explained how I'm the customer, I ordered and paid for it, it should matter if I like it. They also made phone calls directly with the funeral home about my arrangement. I asked her why wasn't I called. I placed the order, I paid for it, I just felt like I should've been called and in the loop as I wouldn't have chosen this piece had I known it would be so different. I think too if the customer was better I wouldn't have been so disappointed. I wanted this to be perfect and To me it just doesn't look like a $177 arrangement. I don't remember her name but I know she mentioned her mother moving to Florida. She said they could do it that they were expecting flowers coming in the next day and she was excited to do it. Well they were delivered the next day. They are beautiful. My friend works at Anjoli Hair Salon on Amherst St. Everyone coming in commented on how beautiful they were. Two weeks before my wife's birthday, I visited the Flower Outlet to order a $100 fresh flower bouquet. The clerk (possibly the owner?) asked me several questions about my wife's preference on flowers. Two weeks later I went back to pick up the bouquet, and it was ready at the time requested. The clerk (possibly the owner) said the bouquet is like that of those awarded to Miss America. She was right! The bouquet was huge and beautiful. I presented it to my wife in the presence of family. She loved it and our family members were highly impressed! Additionally, the bouquet lasted about 1-1/2 weeks. I will definitely be back when I need flowers. read more

I did some research on the Internet and discovered Flower Outlet in Nashua. It looked like they have very high ratings on yelp so I figured I'll give them a try. I talked to a very sweet girl by the name of Jess, who happens to be one of the designers there. I explained to her I was calling from California and I wanted some flowers sent to our friends in Merrimack. I told her I wanted something out-of-the-box. Something that reflected the summer, the beach, and it had to be beautiful! She came up with a very original arrangement. She used both yellow and red roses along with sticks for height. She wrapped seagrass around the glass vase instead of using ribbon. The whole arrangement was gorgeous and certainly have the wow factor I was looking for!! read more

I was in frantic mode as I in search of ferns for my daughter's first baby shower which was the next day. When I called the Flower Outlet, they told me that had Boston ferns, which I needed. When I got there, they said the ferns were "reserved". A very helpful woman offered some other greenery suggestions to use. I liked a few and when she went in the back to see how many she had, she returned to say the leafy ones I really wanted were also on reserve. I ended up spending over $25 on greenery that I really didn't know how I was going to incorporate into my centerpieces. I drive 5 minutes down the road to another flower shop and they had the ferns! I called Flower Outlet immediately to see if I could return the greenery and they said "no, they're considered perishables and they have been out of water". I responded that it was less than 10 minutes ago and they refused again. I needed flowers to complete a DIY project of making centerpieces for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I brought the mason jar into the store and asked for ideas on what flowers (blue/orange) would complement it. The staff showed me photos and made suggestions. Furthermore, they brought out the decided upon flowers ( blue hydrangeas and peach color roses) and demonstrated how to make the bouquet, secure it with floral tape and decorate the jars. When the hydrangeas came in, the color was paler than I wanted so they spray painted them (sounds fake looking but they were beautiful!). My arrangements (17 jars) came out beautiful and were fresh enough to display at the wedding 2 days later (see photo above). Very pleased with this vendor and appreciated their services. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Excellent product and customer service! I ordered flowers for my GF for Valentine's Day delivered to her work. She said they were amazing! All equally bloomed and not a blemish on a single rose. I decided to use them because the last 2 orders I got for her through Pro Flowers or 1800 FLOWERS arrived as poor quality. Although their prices are a bit higher than the "big" flower shops, it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. As a side note, when I ordered them, I panicked when I received the invoice via email because it just listed the dozen roses I ordered and not a vase (which was shown in the picture). So I called after hours, left a message stating I wanted to know if the vase was included and to call me if it WAS NOT. They were able to do last minute centerpieces, corsages and boutonnieres for a 50th anniversary party when the original plan fell through. They are always spot on and have amazing prices! Stopped in today to grab some flowers for the host of tomorrow's Easter dinner, she had beautiful arrangements made up for close to what you'd pay for the half dead flowers at the grocery store... these are amazing and fresh. All flowers we've gotten from them last at least a week minimum.
