I try to give local business my support so when my grandmother passed away I went to this shop for a memorial basket. The woman in the shop was busy making an arrangement for a customer that was already in the shop. (At least I assume that was what she was doing as their conversation was personal but superficial so it seemed to be a customer not a friend.) As I was not sure she knew someone else entered the shop I looked around to see if there were premade arrangements that caught my eye. The woman came out to get some more flowers out of the case and saw me looking around but as she did not acknowledge me I decided to stand behind the other customer so she would know I was not just window shopping. She stepped out of the back room two more times to continue the conversation with the other customer. By this time I was very disturbed that she did not even acknowledge me with a greeting or "Be with you in a minute." I stood for a few seconds debating how long was I willing to wait and decided that she could be another half hour or more for all I knew. I left without saying a word. I called my sister to lament about my experience because given the circumstances I was already emotional. My sister called with the intention of exploring an order but the woman's combative attitude completely lost the sale. My sister let her know that she had lost a profitable sale by her lack of customer service. Rather than apologize the woman attacked my behaivor saying I stormed out (I didn't..I just shrugged my shoulders and walked out.) We went with Ford Flower Company in Salem, NH where we were treated very warmly and compassionately. read more

I have used Exquisite Flowers multiple times over the past dozen years or so and have been very satisfied every time. The owner has always been very helpful, listening to what I had in mind, and is extremely creative in putting it together. Recently I called early in the morning, in need of an anniversary arrangement. The store had not yet opened so I left a message quickly noting what I was looking for, and asked for a call back. Within the hour I received the call from the shop. I mentioned what I was thinking, an autumn themed anniversary arrangement and the price range. Come mid-afternoon I picked up a beautifully crafted arrangement with roses, carnations, and other flowers and plant things which I have no idea what they are. But they look beautiful together and really captured the autumn theme I was looking for. It was perfect. But the real test was with my wife. She absolutely loved it. I go to no other florist in the area as there is no need to do so. We have a good one right here in Pelham. read more

I wanted to get my wife a dozen of Irish carnations. I called ahead and had them waiting for me. Easy in and easy out. The flowers lasted for over a week. Had lovely baby's breath and other greens. Also had a nice Irish ribbon and wrapped nice. This all for $12! Wow! read more

Sue and Ed are by far the best florists we've dealt with. I started using them in 2009 for my wedding and have used them for every family event and any other occasion since then. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh and so well put together. Sue listens to what I am thinking and goes above and beyond and always hits it out of the park! I have been using Exquisite Flowers for at least 5 years now. I live out of town and send flowers 7-9 times a year. Sue always manages to outdo herself making the arrangements new and exciting to look at. The freshness of the flowers always speaks for itself by lasting 7-10 days at a minimum. Recently my Dad passed away and once again Sue came in as a shining rescuer with beautiful arrangements to soften the blow. Weather I call in an order or stop in when I'm in the area I always know that I'll be taken care with a smile and a hug. Sue and Ed are special people and always make you feel special too. read more

Almost 10 years ago, I walked into Exquisite Flowers, in tears and emotional over the death of my Dad. They made the process of choosing family flowers as easy and comfortable as possible and our flower arrangements were well beyond my expectations. I just received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Exquisite Flowers. It is by far and large the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. Not only does it contain tropical flowers but the arrangement of them is just amazing. I posted a photo of it on Exquisite Flowers facebook page. I use Exquisite for all of my flower needs and have never been disappointed in anything they have sent and they have always delivered at the date and time they said they would. My friends in Ireland also call them each year to ensure I get beautiful flowers whenever they send them. I love this place! We have used her on many many occassions and the flowers have always been beautiful and well priced. The owner has even gone out of her way to drive to Milford to deliever our arrangements when my mother passed away. I have read some of the other reviews on here and I feel they are completey incorrect. It's not all about you if there are already customers in the shoppe. read more

I have used Exquisite Flowers for 10 years! They do everything with loving care, lots of personalized detail. I have never seen anyone put so much caring and detail in their arrangements. She did the flowers for my dads funeral they were exactly that EXQUISITE AND PERSONALIZED. If you go anywhere during a holiday rush, you will find the exact same situation, especially small business's like this, rushing around trying to make everyone happy, it gets a little difficult sometimes but, sometimes it takes a little patience. I feel very bad that such a hard working small company would get a negative like this. They surely don't deserve it and they are the best for arrangements and customer service, that I have ever had. I have followed this florist to two different locations and wouldn't buy my flowers anywhere else. The owner makes the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen and at very reasonable prices! Her husband and herself run the shop and are always working very hard! I love Exquisite flowers! As for the prior comments, I have to disbelieve. I have been going there for years and they are always wonderful to me, and no they are not family nor my friends, but the have very gorgeous long lasting flowers and beautifully arranged. The family is wonderful and the owner is never rude to me. As with all things people need to be more patient. I personally wouldn't shop at Ford Flowers as they are WAY over priced, but that 's just me. If you want gorgeous flowers done in a timely manner and want them beautiful and to last. I'm sorry to hear of others having a bad experience at this shop-although the owner is gregarious-I cannot say that I've ever experienced rude behavior. I can say that her artistic ability has always surpassed my expectations, and when I attend a funeral or wake I am always in awe of her arrangements compared to the other florists' Exquisite Flowers designs are always fresh and new!
