Stopped in for flowers for my mothers birthday on the way home today to add to her birthday gifts I got her; The cashier in front was passive aggressive to me upon my arrival and upon check-out she spelt my name so wrong after going over it with me a few times it felt purposeful. The women in the back were very helpful and kind, the flowers are of good quality. I would have told my sister to go there for her wedding flowers but the cashier today sadly bumped this down to a 3 star experience. read more

I was looking for artistry and thats what my mother received (for 44th Wedding Anniversary). I ordered The Monet and the actual bouquet was even more elegant than the website photo example. I requested the color scheme: soft pink, light peaches, complimented by a mixed array of light greens. I love that they even added in a dahlia as focal point. The service was exceptional and though the price was steep, you really do get your moneys worth here. All in all, my mother was highly pleased and felt loved on their special day. I wanted to send something special for my sister's 60th birthday but I live across the country. I found Les Fleurs online (local To her) and knew it was perfect for her. I thought about flowers- their arrangements look stunning- but preferred to send something that she could keep. I called the store to explain and the girl I spoke to had someone call me right back. Felicie called and came up with great ideas for a gift basket, all very personalized and curated. She was able to pull some things together and text me photos to see what I thought. I paid on the phone, gave her a message for the gift card and she wrapped it and had it ready for my nephew to pick up. The individual cut flower bar is phenomenal and the employees there are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! We were picking up individual flowers to DIY bouquets for my wedding and visited many florists in the area - this one was by far my favorite! I recommend whole heartedly! I was in Florida and needed to send Valentine's Flowers to my wife in Andover before I returned. Found Les Flyers online. They delivered the most beautiful Red Roses arrangement that I have ever seen. I was unhappy because the flowers did not last for more than 2 days. I called to let them know what happened. They said that the arrangement may have been effected by the freezing weather. I wasn't really looking for anything but just wanted them to know. The next day they sent an even more beautiful replacement. Very happy with the quality of their arrangements and their customer service. The owner was great to work with! read more

All I can say is WOW! After my brother passed away, I received the most beautiful flower arrangement of my life... gorgeous mix of lavender and ivory roses with unique greens and purple ranunculus! Somehow they knew his favorite color was purple! Even the vase was a unique stone! When I called to have flowers sent to a friend recovering from surgery, the staff member suggested a bottle carrier filled with flowers. They delivered an exquisite mix of fall flowers arranged in glass bottles on a metal tray. who writes these reviews? as an avid shopper of antiques and french home goods, i was very excited to try this place after reading the glowing reviews..omg, are you kidding me??? the prices in this shop are so grossly over-inflated that it was almost laughable..everything was at least 300% more than it should have been and is available for at any local home store or ordering directly from etsy from france..markups are so insane that we couldnt justify spending a cent at that store as it really is offensive as a consumer to be ripped off to that degree..the decor and items are decent to look at but nothing out of this world..perhaps people go more for the floral purchases which we did not look at too much, but if you are looking for antiques and home items, dont go unless you love wasting your hard earned dollars. read more

The flowers we ordered for my mother's funeral were droopy and looked about 4 days old. One of the arrangements that was sent to the Andover Inn for the reception after the funeral was the worst. We were embarrassed, to be honest. Who sends almost dead flowers to a funeral? Les Fleurs. The arrangements were very pretty in their design and I'm sure they would have looked gorgeous if they had been fresh. When we called to let them know, they weren't apologetic in the least however after some discussion they did agree to take off one arrangement (from the Inn) from the bill. I haven't ever used them for flowers since then. The shop itself is cute with lots of beautiful decor and floral related items. It's worth a look. But I can't recommend their floral delivery service. read more

I have been using Les Fleurs for years and they are always outstanding. This Valentine's Day, we got a bad order and my wife and I were very disappointed. (First and only time and I get that mistakes happen) I reached out and let them know. We were called back within 12 hours and they offered to deliver a new arrangement when it was convenient for us. The Winston's of the North! My wife and I checked reviews on every vendor we used for our recent wedding, since our budget was important, and were shocked no one has commented on Les Fleurs! We left flowers as pretty much the last thing on our list to do for our wedding, and were disappointed to find that with only a few months to go, many florists in the city (where we were getting married) were completely booked up with other weddings on the same day. Les Fleurs to the rescue! We met with Kerrianne who was awesome and had a ton of ideas for us - you can tell she really loves her job and is great at it. Leaving flowers as one of our last wedding tasks also mean that our budget was tight - Kerrianne couldn't have been more accommodating and when the final invoice came through, actually came in under the original quote that we were given! Incredible. My flowers for the wedding were beyond what I imagined. Kerriane was the perfect guide to flowers, and her suggestions (different styles of corsages, alternate flowers) were perfection. She was also open to our suggestions for unusual elements and materials (monkeytails and feathers). My bouquet was everything I imagined, and the bridesmaid bouquets look like something snipped out of a magazine. The boutonnieres were tasteful and wonderful. I used Les Fleurs for my wedding flowers and was so happy I did! Kerianne was so easy to work with and very flexible. All the arrangements and bouquets were beautiful and very original - people raved about them! I recommend calling them instead of waiting for email, but overall I was so pleased and would highly recommend them for your wedding. Very sad how this business took advantage of my elderly mother at the time of my father's death a month ago. We were referred to Les Fleurs by the funeral home. All we ordered was an arrangement for on top of the casket as well as a vase of nine roses, which was a specific request. They took my mother's credit card number and she was later charged over $750 for these two items. The vase with nine roses cost $175! I don't know these people can sleep at night when they take advantage of others during such vulnerable times. read more

Les Fleurs is a top of the line wedding florist. Kerrianne was so receptive to our ideas and made sure she fully understood our vision for our wedding. She also had plenty of great suggestions but never pushed her opinion on us, and seemed like she truly respects her customers. The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and table arrangements were all so beautiful and subtly tied together. Our wedding was in November, and our flowers were romantic and soft, not too obviously "autumn" but so appropriate for a fall wedding. We also had a gold theme, and the little gold touches that Kerrianne put in my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere, and our arrangements pushed our wedding flowers over the top and made them so unique and perfect. read more
