Order delivered late, wrong item delivered, and email ignored. I ordered a succulent arrangement to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. It was delivered a day later than scheduled and the wrong plant was delivered. I was not contacted about the late delivery and was not told that the item I ordered may be out of stock. Additionally, the plant that was delivered does not appear to be equivalent in value to what I intended to order. I reached out to the email listed on their website in attempt to resolve the issue, however i recieved no response. In the past I have not had this problem with this shop, so I am disappointed with this exeprience and will not be using this business in the future. read more

Don't feel very good about the customer service. I ordered over the phone for tulips and was told to pick up the next day. However I was told the flowers not available when I arrived, and the store won't open the next day which is a Sunday. So I asked about Monday pickup, and the ladies in store just told me they will be ready by Monday morning, for sure! Ok I will change my plan for that... Finally I cancelled the order as I got the call on Monday morning that I can go and pick up in the afternoon, but got another call at noon that they don't have any tulips can I change? Today is mother's day and before hand I ordered 2 flowers arrangement for my mom and boss, i payed 100+ dollars for flowers that don't match the description at all. I called like many people to confirm the flowers but only went to voicemail, she finally got in contact with me today to tell me she only had 1 of the arrangements ready, she didn't have the sunflowers but my problem is why didn't you call before hand to tell me. It brings me great sadness to write this review. Yesterday a loved one went to Kokee Flowers in Andover to get me flowers. When the roses arrived they were all dead. It was quite obvious that they were old roses. The over abundance of disgusting greens that were put in the bouquet were also filled with bugs, smelly and dead at the roots. He spent $85 on this awful bouquet... He reached out to the owner Jasmine yesterday as I did today. She was rude and unapologetic. She hung up me today. VERY BAD experience....My husband came home last Saturday with a bouquet that cost him $105.00. I am a passionate lover of flowers. I grow peonies and roses and have worked in a floral shop.....When I looked at what Koke flowers sold him, I was appalled and in disbelief! The majority of the peonies looked near death, petals drooping and crushed. I could not believe someone would sell flowers in that condition! I thanked him but asked him to take them back immediately as he was obviously robbed!....He went back and pointed out that many of the flowers looked like they were about to shatter and were badly crushed and were NOT what one would expect upon buying any bouquet, let alone a $100 bouquet. Whomever it was at the desk said, "they're fine". She then refused to give him a refund. Her customer service was so bad, he just left the flowers there and walked out. Like many others, I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were not delivered. Ok...we are in the middle of a pandemic, they are a small local business, and they were overwhelmed. Not ideal but understandable. I figured within a few days someone would reach out, or at least my credit card would be refunded. However, it has now been 8 days and I have heard nothing. I sent an email. I called. Nothing. Nada. I think most people understand that mistakes happen. Particularly now. The important thing as a business is to acknowledge when an error occurs and do the best you can to make it right. I ordered $108 flower gift to be delivered to my mother for mothers day. She did not receive the flowers that day or any other day. My order was never cancelled by the shop or communicated that they could not make the order. I would have understood if the order was not able to be processed due to normal circumstances of being busy or even for CVOVID, but I was never provided with a reason or contacted OR REFUNDED. Terrible customer service to begin with here. To add salt to the wound, I was denied a refund after a "2 month" investigation between them and my credit card company and currently have to eat that 108 dollar charge (you know because people have an extra 100 dollars to waste in these times). Oh and did I mention my mother was devastated because she thought her only son forgot about her on mother's day? As far as I am concerned, Kokee are thieves by taking my 108 dollars and not doing the right thing in refunding my money. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Casket flowers plus 4 other arrangements. The team must have worked all day on the fly on Sunday, and they put in their artistry.. On Monday, all arrangements were delivered on time. Called Kokee in Andover around 3:30pm that day....Roses were still not delivered. Asked why and the owner said they had a lot of deliveries. Told her then she should not have taken my order. They asked for my home address for delivery. Said no & asked for refund. Very poor service, and this is not the first time Kokee in Andover has screwed up.
