Recently I called early in the morning, in need of an anniversary arrangement. The store had not yet opened so I left a message quickly noting what I was looking for, and asked for a call back. Within the hour I received the call from the shop. I mentioned what I was thinking, an autumn themed anniversary arrangement and the price range. Come mid-afternoon I picked up a beautifully crafted arrangement with roses, carnations, and other flowers and plant things which I have no idea what they are. But they look beautiful together and really captured the autumn theme I was looking for. It was perfect. But the real test was with my wife. She absolutely loved it. I go to no other florist in the area as there is no need to do so. We have a good one right here in Pelham.

I called and asked what time they were open until to ensure I could make it there with rush hour traffic. The man who answered the phone was very polite and told me the time. When I arrived the front doors were open to let the warm fresh air in, and it was very clean inside. The two ladies working were wonderful. Very helpful, and professional, but most of all, what I needed after my day at work, was Friendly. We talked like we had known each other for years. I got to hear a little about their lives and where they used to live, and it really helped with my stress level. I walked out with a beautiful arraignment of Daisies for a friend who just had to put her dog down, and without these woman knowing what the flowers were for, they made me a beautiful bouquet.
