I bought a 35 dollar glass piece from this shop approximately 2 weeks ago. I've since called 3…read moretimes and sent them a video of the pipe. I've yet to receive a refund. When I called again today , they both claimed that they were informed of the situation and then tried to claim also that they didn't fail to call me back (how were you informed then?) nor did they attempt any further outreach on the situation. Only after I called a 4th time, was I told I was out of luck! the pipe came with a hole in it, i sent them a video that day, I offered the woman to send a video of me destroying the pipe for a refund and she told me I had to wait over the weekend because it was a Friday (this was the 8th of december)! after weeks of calls. I should have just done a chargeback after getting the phone call pulled because I was already offered a refund in return for the video of the flaw! 2 hours invested to try to get glass handled that is very clearly flawed if you can see how thin it was on some part of the pipe. a toothpick sized hole like this would not be detected even if I did your "so-called water test" your staff did NOT suggest. I thought you were a glass shop, yet you aren't willing or knowledgeable enough to inspect glass to see if it was indeed flawed upon manufacturing? Irrespective of the fact the pipe was used, 1) its clearly manufacturing 2) if you gave me $1 for iso alcohol I'd have cleaned it out, but with the amount of time i've spent on the phone I shouldn't have to spend more going down to the store to deal with this. My issue felt like it was not taken seriously as a customer and I felt forced to assert my stance as an honest customer trying to get things resolved during the phone interactions. PS: if you're going to reply to my comment, tell me you'll be providing me a solution, not a one-liner to save face on your Google Reviews. This store is very clean, spacious, and organized and features a pharmacy with drive thru window service and an onsite photo lab. This store also sells cigarettes, beer, and wine. Walgreens offers some pretty good sales using your Balance Rewards card (free to join), though the regular prices on some items are higher than Wal-Mart prices. I can always find what I need when I shop at this Hooksett store. I shop at Walgreens for a variety of items including OTC meds, soft drinks, candy, snacks, magazines (sometimes they have magazine issues from the previous & current months in stock), greeting cards, household products, toiletries, frozen foods, cosmetic items, and small gifts for my family and friends. This store has a pretty good selection of candy including boxed candy which is much cheaper than the concession stand prices at the nearby cinema. The staff here is friendly and helpful.
