I'm glad I looked around and saw everything they have as I didn't know some of the stuff even existed. One item I have been wanting I did not know what it was called and very poorly described it. They had it and it was the same price I paid years ago. Some items they sell: kratom in powder, capsules, drinks. I've always had a good experience here, the staff always welcomes you when you walk in, I've never had to wait more than a minute or 2 for assistance and those few times you could plainly see they were busy with others. They always have great suggestions on new flavors to try out and are very knowledgeable about their products when I have questions. I also do want to make a point to say that while I don't personally know the owner, I did visit the store one day while a guy who I assumed worked at all the locations doing merchandising, stocking and product updates. They were busy and he also looked very busy but he was standing by the product I needed locked in a case, he happily grabbed it for me and even cashed me out while stating "sorry! Don't use these frequently lololl". It was explained to them that this is not a fast shop kind of experience, it's a lounge, and that the customers in the door asking questions before them would be addressed first... IMO as it should be. The customer left indignant, irate, mouthy, and with an air of superiority... complaining each step of the way out about how unreasonable it was to make them wait. (well, I guarantee they'd have been the first to throw a fit if a customer had walked in after him and was served AHEAD of him.
