She knows nothing about customer service - would rather put inventory away than help a customer. I've always had a good experience here, the staff always welcomes you when you walk in, I've never had to wait more than a minute or 2 for assistance and those few times you could plainly see they were busy with others. They always have great suggestions on new flavors to try out and are very knowledgeable about their products when I have questions. I also do want to make a point to say that while I don't personally know the owner, I did visit the store one day while a guy who I assumed worked at all the locations doing merchandising, stocking and product updates. They were busy and he also looked very busy but he was standing by the product I needed locked in a case, he happily grabbed it for me and even cashed me out while stating "sorry! Don't use these frequently lololl". I've worked retail management and to be clear, this guy did not HAVE to assist me as there are front of the store staff working and getting paid for it, he took the time away from his own work assignment to help me and did it with a genuine smile on his face.
