In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. Anywho, Smokers Haven just earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm giving them 5 perfectly rolled cigars out of 5.

My one particularly good experience with this place was when I came in about a minute after they had already closed (I was unaware of their hours at the time). The door was locked at first but they graciously let me in. I was only getting shisha and coals, but since their register was turned off for the night, I couldn't use my card and was short on cash. The cashier allowed me to pay him with the money I had on me (I was about three dollars short). Such a nice guy! Every time I return I am greeted with amazing customer service! This place offers way more than any ordinary smoke shop.

A young man by the name of Liam showed up to inform everybody currently waiting in parking lot and any future customers that the owner would be there in 20 minutes. Although young, Liam demonstrated excellent customer service by providing a friendly attitude and willingness to be of service in anyway possible. After purchasing some new juice and coils, Liam cleaned my mod, put in a new coil, and filled her up making it ready to rip. This may not sound like much, but I have limited mobility in my left hand due to a stroke so the assistance was greatly appreciated. Liam also helped me trouble shoot reasons why my mod wasn't working to the best of its ability.. He gave me some pointers as to what to avoid using with my mod and what products are most appropriate for top performance. Not once during my experience did I feel any type of vibe from Liam that was negative and I'm very much impressed by his customer service (or natural demeanor) at such a young age. I will continue to stick with Standard Vapor as well as their shop in Seabrook. God Bless.

I will say that vaporlicious is definitely way better than the bake and vape. I will stop in if I am in the area again. I bought a bottle of juice. I will say while they have a large selection they also have some bottles with some sketchy labels. The sour batch should not be carried. The fight we are in as vapors against the government and the child labeling they are so worried about, it is kind of careless to carry these juices. I do understsnd the demand for them though and the revenue it must bring in. It would of been a 5 star review other than that. Everyone seemed professional. I didn't hear any other bashing even though I kind of baited them. Good to see that!

Sometimes there will be people sitting there watching tv and smoking cigars, and while that is all fine and good, it makes people uncomfortable when everyone turns to look at you when you walk in. He immediately showed me some different styles of box mods, and patiently explained all the bells and whistles to me. I was nervous about leaving the store with my new ecig and getting home and forgetting how to do something, and he assured me if i ever had any questions or forgot anything, I can always come back in and they are willing to help me with it.
