While the facade outside the store was a bit intimidating at first, I have to say their staff is exceedingly friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My one particularly good experience with this place was when I came in about a minute after they had already closed (I was unaware of their hours at the time). The door was locked at first but they graciously let me in. I was only getting shisha and coals, but since their register was turned off for the night, I couldn't use my card and was short on cash. The cashier allowed me to pay him with the money I had on me (I was about three dollars short). Such a nice guy! Every time I return I am greeted with amazing customer service! This place offers way more than any ordinary smoke shop.

Place is on Main Street in Downtown Nashua & this place is pretty decent with regular customers & newbie's. Overall w& if you thinking about getting a drink yes it's got a liquor license if memory is right. Oh yeah prices are pretty good especially being in a state that has no taxes on cigars.

In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. Anywho, Smokers Haven just earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm giving them 5 perfectly rolled cigars out of 5.
