While the facade outside the store was a bit intimidating at first, I have to say their staff is exceedingly friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My one particularly good experience with this place was when I came in about a minute after they had already closed (I was unaware of their hours at the time). The door was locked at first but they graciously let me in. I was only getting shisha and coals, but since their register was turned off for the night, I couldn't use my card and was short on cash. The cashier allowed me to pay him with the money I had on me (I was about three dollars short). Such a nice guy! Every time I return I am greeted with amazing customer service! I just visited for the first time and immediately ran into "I want one of everything" problems, which speaks very well for the place. Their stuff, or at least their less-than-$100 stuff, might be a tad overpriced, but the quality and selection is good enough to make me willing to support a maybe-slightly-inflated profit margin for them. One drawback, which is why I'm only giving it four stars: the vast majority of their stuff either has no price tags, or has price stickers on the underside where you have to defy a million "Please Do Not Touch" and "You Break It, You Bought It" signs to pick it up and look. It's hard to make purchase decisions when you can't tell whether something costs $12.49 or $47.99. [Note: I don't know why it says I'm in San Francisco up there. I live in Nashua NH.]

In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. Anywho, Smokers Haven just earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm giving them 5 perfectly rolled cigars out of 5.
