I've never had poor customer service at a vape shop but this place was exceptional. Jim spent a very long time accommodating my boyfriend and me while we picked out some thing for ourselves and our friends. Lots of honest (and after trying them, very good) suggestions! I've never had such rude and terrible customer service as I received over the exchange of a 12.00 Vape battery and a 4.00 charger. They were days beyond the 30 day allowance period but 3 days earlier I was there for help but I didn't have the receipt at the time. The lowlife clerk played some gotcha game as if the exchange was costing him money. Save yourself some frustration and don't shop there. read more

I've been in a good 10 or 11 even times to the Nashua location and have been to several other vape shops in the area. Madvapes Nashua is by far the best due to cleanliness and staffing! The selection could be slightly better however their prices are inline with most of the online stores. Tons of flavors and they are starting to carry premium juices! If you are new to vaping or are experienced I've received the best customer service from a gentleman named max as he has wrapped several of my devices and has no problem (when it's not busy) explaining the hobby (that's all it is for me now). I just called to order curbside pickup for a new tank and some juice. From the beginning, the guy on the phone was rude and abrasive, sighing and huffing when I asked to place an order. I asked 2 questions about whether a tank was in stock, and he said he didn't have time to answer my questions and then hung up on me. I have spoken to this worker on the phone to place an order before and he has always been rude. I have been coming here for 5 years and now I am taking my business elsewhere because of this rude, unprofessional employee. read more

There are others warning about it - but they don't stand behind anything. Had a vape for 34 days with a one year warranty. The receipt says clearly "Defective products can be exchanged within the manufacturer's warranty period." Owner said that he wouldn't honor what his own policy was, and offered me 10% another one! Great experience at this store. Was looking for a particular juice, sadly they didn't carry it, however the salesman was wonderful, he found me some incredible alternatives at really good prices! The store itself is very professional clean and modern, I was very impressed by the presentation! Bought an Exus Snap pen Thursday May 30. Over the weekend I find out the pen will not hold a charge. So i bring everything back, packaging & receipt, and I am told they CANT exchange it. I wasnt asking for a refund I just want a functioning pen not even a week later and they will not do an exchange. There are PLENTY of other smoke shops around so find one that ISN'T mad vapes. This place rocks!!! The two people who gave negative reviews are out of their minds. Probably an owner of a local competitor scared they're going to be put out of business by this place. I've been to several other vaping stores in the Nashua and Manchester area and this is the first one I've liked so far. 1.) The selection: This place has a ton of different flavors and brands. All of the e-juice is made in the USA which is a big deal! Foreign manufacturers are simply not subjected to the same quality control standards and oversight as an American-based company. Anyone who disagrees with that statement is a dumb dumb. Hundreds of flavors/many different US brands/there's a book and tasting station (see below). 2.) Staff knowledge: Extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients in their juice. They were able to confirm which brands/flavors only contained minimal ingredients, i.e. VG, PG and nicotine. They also didn't try to hide the flavors which did not guarantee not to contain diacetyl. The fact that they were willing to tell me that some flavors may contain harmful chemicals made me feel comfortable. Every other shop I had been to has tried to hard sell me, telling me not to worry e-cigs definitely can't harm you. In reality, know one knows yet so it was nice the Madvapes staff wasn't hard selling me. 3.) Tasting Station: Super cool and super fun. They have a little bar set up with stools. There's a catalog with brands and flavors, all of which are numbered and correspond to a sample. You simply pick a number, find the juice, screw it on to the battery they give you, pop on your disposable mouth piece, and get vaping! I stayed for about 30 min and tried about 25 juices. Also asked about one million questions. The staff was very engaging and seemed genuinely interested to help me. I bought about $30 worth of juice and left. read more

This is the worst vape shop around. The selection is very limited and the customer service is not that great. They charged me for a rebuild??? Great place if your just starting out cause you don't know any better. Considering there is another shop right down the street you would think they would ramp it up. It is a typical cookie cutter chain place with no personality. I like people who don't act like they are being bothered when you ask questions and look at you like your an idiot. They do not stand behind any of their products. If anything breaks down you're out of luck. They are rude and condescending. They are very very over priced. Go to Rte 1 vapor or Rte 125 Vapor. Bigger , more reasonable prices. They are in Seabrook and Epping. Do not bother with this shop. I had to learn the hard way. I gave them one star because they are a vape shop. Great juice selection and prices for brick & mortar. Also had a pretty good selection of hardware, some comparable to online prices, if you happen to be looking for what they are trying to sell., It was run by kids when I was there, but courteous and helpful kids. I wasn't the only customer who happened to be their father's age, so it wasn't awkward, like some vape shops can be if you're not a vape bro. I tried Lineage in Nashua first. Store full of hipsters, and I didn't fit in. They tried to get me in and out, so I bought my 2 coils there and moved on. Their store in Salem was friendlier when I was there over the summer. Reading some of these reviews, gotta wonder if the competition tends to bash each other here. Anyone that's doing this, cut the crap. Makes the whole industry look bad, and ppl can see through it. As for not standing behind product, it's an industry wide problem. Found 1 shop in Providence that does stand behind everything, but you pay for what you get up front. Vaping is having enough trouble hanging on now in the face of FDA regulation- everyone needs to take the high road now imho. read more

I've been vaping for about a year and change, and have moved through various products, from the Blu, to the Ego-t - ego-cc - e-mode (my current rig) My original thoughts were very positive about my experience at the store. The associates were professional, the e-juice is mixed and measured right in front of you and tastes amazing. The store itself is very clean and the gentlemen helping me provided guidance on the tans that would work with my control head and battery. After reading Sheila's review, I've reconsidered my visit and must take into account a few good points that were made. The store is spartan, everything is in a case, there is no clear distinction of what you are looking at without the assistance of an associate. read more

Hands down the best vape shop in the greater Nashua area. Whenever I have an issue with my personal vape they always help me fix it without charging me. They have the best customer service. They always remember my favorite flavor and strength and can help me troubleshoot just about anything. They never act like know it alls and always have incredible patience and great humor. They also have the Perka rewards program so I can earn points to take money off of future purchases. I started vaping to quit smoking but I am completely aware that it is a culture to some. I have been in quite a few shops that make you feel stupid for not knowing all there is to know about vapes and mods. I greatly appreciate the employees of this shop that are happy to help and are not at all condescending. Because of these reasons, I will never shop elsewhere. read more

Very nice shop, they have a pretty big selection of RDA's, tanks and mods. They have alot more selection than the other few stores in the area i have checked out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices aren't bad, except if your buying wire, didn't buy cotton but guessing its the same. A roll of A1 Kanthal 24G is 14$, from the same exact site i usually buy it from and it cost 4.50$. Can't pick on this store though, every other vape store out there over charges for wire and cotton. Overall i have to say it is the best vape store I have been to. read more

Real friendly environment I always feel extremely comfortable in the shop. Most days they goof around with me telling me that I basically live in there but the truth is I love going in there and shooting the shit with the guys/girl... I've been to Mad Vapes twice now and was underwhelmed on both occasions. The store is quite good looking albeit a bit spartan. A good mix of display cases and plenty of open space. The staff, while friendly enough, didn't seem all that motivated to educate me on their many products. If I asked a specific question they had an answer but not much beyond that. They seemed more like clerks than salespeople. This would be fine if there was a way to be an independent shopper but that's pretty impossible too. Everything is stored in glass cases with no packaging, no explanations and no prices. Vaporizers are diverse and highly technical products so without an expert to guide you through the inventory and no signage to refer to the whole place ends up being cryptic, shiny objects in glass cases. The items I did recognize were priced slightly higher than I've found them online. Then there's the name. Mad Vapes is embarrassing. I wouldn't want people to know I shopped at a place called that. I imagine Fred Durst telling me "Yo, dey got maaaad vapes up in there." It seems like they were hoping to be cool and edgy and the least cool and edgy thing you can do is TRY to be cool and edgy. The good news is that the Postal Service needs business too and it seems they're gonna keep getting mine. read more

Its not sanitary at all i watched an employee handle money mods etc then went and made juice for somebody without washing there hands or putting on gloves or anything. My husband had starting going to this particular store about 8 months ago. We liked the flavors. However although most of the employees are nice, some do not have the knowledge to answer certain questions. We are highly disappointed and disgusted with their return policy. We are on our fourth set of pens in that short time-not wanting to spend more than $30 each we went for the lower cost pens-understandably you get what you pay for. Last month we bit the bullet and opted for two pens at $80 each. Huge mistake-I got spit at with the oil between my nose and mouth as well as right in my eye-it was incredibly painful and very scary. My husband talked to who I believe he thought was the manager-you cannot get a refund or even an exchange. He was sent home with a free bottle of oil-they don't care. They have now lost two faithful customers and we will not recommend them to anyone as we had before. read more
