I am relatively new to vaping however I do know what certain flavors are supposed to taste like if I have consistently bought the same one for a couple months now. I came in with my boyfriend to buy new coils and my favorite flavor cannoli. To my surprise it was on sale for $15! I got the receipt and left excited to put my juice in. Well.. Let's just say I can agree with the review on here about the person buying flavored "cat piss" because it was the worst taste I've ever tried! It even smelled weird.. I came back right before closing with my receipt and immediately the guy working said absolutely no returns.. Ummm that's fine I just wanted to get the cannoli flavor I came for. (Maybe it was a bad batch). He smelled the bottle and said it was fine so I told him to try my vape and see that I'm not crazy. I could tell that he knew it tasted disgusting and he STILL said that there was something wrong with our senses not the juice.. Wow ok... He than said to contact the company since they were local and take it up with them. I'll do that but I can probably bet that it was on sale because it was tampered with by Boston Vapor in some way and that's why it was on sale. Needless to say don't be fooled by the nice decor and white couches inside.. The guy who worked there is VERY rude and I've been to hole in the wall vape stores in Salem that have way more of a selection and much more positive people working there who are willing to help you without acting like your questions are annoying. I will definitely be redirecting my vape friends elsewhere! If anyone wants a bottle of Fugazi Cannoli I'll give it to you for free.99 read more

Cashier "COULDNT"(refused to) look up my phone#/purchase history/"loyalty points" ...& ACTUALLY suggested I was lying (or total idiot)- Dude said I "must be thinking of some other place"...(???).. Yeah MAYBE I'm thinking of some OTHER PLACE named BOSTON VAPE that ive been to dozens of times where I bought overpriced shite for past 2years HERE AT THIS EXACT LOCATION & EVERYTIME i gave those other cashiers my phone number(s) I must have been hallucinating ALL of it... maybe?!? Great place. Very convenient, clean and organized. They have a huge selection of e-cigs, accessories, and liquids. Plus you get to try all different samples. The prices are very reasonable and the staff if very knowledgable. No complaints. Definitely worth checking out. read more

Three of the best people you'll find in the vaping industry. I went there to check out some new juices and was able to test out quite a few. Their selection was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Then the very next morning my brand new itaste vv bricked (purchased from a different online vendor) and I needed a replacement. It was before hours, but I decided to head up there anyways and wait till they opened. As it turned out the manager was there and she let me in. I found a new battery in minutes and was back up and vaping in no time. read more

I don't typically write reviews, and I had been a regular at this store for some time until this point. The store is clean, the customer service is mediocre, friendly but not knowledgeable from what I've seen. Usually see the staff reading the instruction manual multiple times. I never really received great instruction with a purchase, but I usually consult with my son before buying anything electronic cigarette related so this did not bother me. I know my son considered it overpriced but I am not sure how the prices compare to other stores because I only use vaping as an alternative to cigarettes . I don't go too far in depth with new models as this industry and technology evolves. Boston Vapor was all I knew of. Location is close to home and my justification of paying the prices was I was spending more on cigarettes anyways so I am saving money regardless. Let me get to the point of all this. I overheard the staff talking about other vape shops around the area and they were actually instructing that people were to leave them bad reviews on yelp. My daughter is friends with a gentlemen who knows the staff and what I heard in the store that day is actually true even though I had hoped it wasn't. And to the younger generation those type of business practices may not seem like a big deal, but they are, in my opinion. And I told myself I wouldn't get involved but as a small business owner personally, I couldn't believe that a business would actually sink to that level. If I had an employee represent my business in that manor, I would be upset and incredibly embarrassed. And I would hope a customer would bring this to my attention like I am here. I don't assume that speaks for all of Boston Vapor but I figured it would help their business in the long run so this does not happen again. Not a good look. Nonetheless, thank you BV for getting me away from cigarettes, but I don't agree with your business methods or way of demeaning other stores. I can't think of any reason an employee that worked there {with what appears to be a personal vendetta} would instruct customers to deliberately bash on other businesses when the customer hasn't even stepped foot into the stores and experienced it on their own. This made me want to go experience other shops around the area, and I was very please with what I found. For the time being, none of my clients will be sent here. Place is terrible. Stopped to get juice because it was on the way and everyone who worked there and everyone who was there were rude and not a pleasure to give business to or even be around. I hated this place so much i bought juice without even trying it and left and it taste like cat piss. Don't go here unless you like to vape cat piss I guess. read more

On 7/25/17 i bought the Alien Smok kit. On 9/7/17 it quit working and would not turn on. I returned it to Boston Vapor and was told I had to deal with the manufactuer directly. I contacted Smok and was sent an email stating to return it to Boston Vapor and to ask for a new kit. They said they would make it right with the shop. I forwarded this email to Dena, the owner of the Boston Vapor shop, and she still stated she would not consider providing me with a replacement for the faulty equipment that I was sold by them. I am very dissatisfied with the level of concern and customer service. I've never reviewed any business online before, but I was so surprised at the poor level of customer service by this shop that I felt as though I needed to post as a warning to anyone else looking for a local vape shop. Be warned- If you buy something from these guys and it doesn't work, they take no responsibility for it! read more
