What used to be my go to place for my vape products on a weekly basis. Today I went there and I walked in, I was immediately and rudely told that I couldn't come in and had to stand by the door to place my order. But I'll take blame for that; there was a tiny ass chair that said to not walk in. Next time maybe block the big entry way better. Then she heads towards me and ask me what I want; I don't know what I want I wanted to see what flavors she had. But she wouldn't tell me and just said what flavors I want. Again I DON'T KNOW! But I said I wanted something with menthol, she legit walks away and comes back with just menthol juices and I said no I want flavor with menthol added and that's when the real attitude came out of her and she said with attitude "well you didn't say that, what flavor do you want?". Seriously lady? I don't work there and I don't know what flavors you have! I legit walked out. Everyone has bad days, but don't put it out on other people. Especially since I walked in with a smile, great mood and said hello to her. It takes A LOT to upset me and she did it. So they lost a valued customer. And my friends and family goes there too. BTW I normally buy 2-3 flavors each time and I was going to buy a new mod for me and my wife. Route 28 Vapors for my business today. There used to be a guy behind the counter that was so awesome and was there for a long time, I haven't seen him lately and found out he has a shop down the road. Unfriendly and unpleasant shop. Called a few days ago and no one picked up. Noticed I called them, and returned my call. Rather than saying who he was he just asked rudely, "who's this?" His personal cell is for the shop. Asked if they had CBD to orally ingest, he said yes. I went in and once again encountered rudeness. No droppers, just gummy bears or vape. Smoker Choice is good for buying new weed paraphernalia but not great when it comes to vapes. Do not buy their "on sale" vapes, they are either expired or don't work, leaking, or batteries wont charge. They sell a lot of off-brand, counterfeit, and shitty vapes that only work for a day. The ELFBARS are good but don't buy the peach, for some reason their Peach Elfbars don't recharge, but every other "ice" flavor does.... But still. They charge $25 for Elfbars when you can get them online for $16. read more

I drove the 45 minute drive here a few weeks back, which is something I do regularly as I probably spend around $100 to $150 a month here on average, and I bought two bottles of vape juice here that are the only flavor/brand I use (nkd salt menthol berry 35mg.) Got home and filled my vape and I thought it tasted weird, tried the other - also tasted off... almost like salt or vinegar or something... it just was so weird and didn't feel right. Thought Maybe it was expired, but label said it wasn't. Thought it was my coil so i changed that as well and still tasted weird. Took a closer look at the packaging and labels on the two bottles and they were clearly not legit compared to an old one in my trash. Took a look at reviews here mentioning this business selling fake products and it seems that's definitely the case. Wrote a negative review on google and the owner said to come in and see him because they don't sell fake stuff, so I thought ok benefit of the doubt their distributor may be ripping them off and that must stink for a small business. So I went up to NH a week or so later to a neighboring store (haven) and got my usual stuff and then I compared the bottles - the stuff bought here is 100% fake. Packaging color is different, flavor name on bottle vs box aren't the same ... tons of red flags I didn't even notice to begin with ... so I go in to smokers choice and the manager either wasn't working or the employee didn't feel like dealing with it. Fine, whatever... it wasn't a wasted trip and I got my stuff. Anyway so fast forward to this week... I drove through crazy traffic to get to the store the other day and then waited about 20-30 mins in line to be helped and met the manager. He was incredibly rude, told me to come back another time because it was so busy and that I was wasting his time. "CANT YOU SEE THERES A LINE?!" Yes, dude ... I just waited in it for a half hour to get a refund for garbage you sold to me. Went to their neighbor store to get my usual stuff and went home. I will never be shopping here again- and honestly I suggest you do too. I'm writing a very colorful letter to the better business bureau and the manufacturer of the vape juice I bought that was faked (NKD salt menthol) to let them know that people are counterfeiting them because that's kinda really illegal. I know vaping isn't healthy to begin with, but whatever I was ingesting when I tried the stuff bought here coated my throat in a way that can't be safe. Please, If you shop here - look carefully at what you're buying, and if something is defective or fake - good luck getting any kind of courtesy or respect off their lousy manager. And hey, manager guy- You lost a very loyal customer and I know many others that drive to Salem for vape stuff from MA that will not be shopping with you again either. So bummed. read more

I bought a 60$ piece of glass that broke THE SAME DAY without me even smoking out of it. I live 40 mins away and I will NEVER go back to them. I have been going to smokers choice for my vaping needs for quite some time and have never had an issue. Glass however, CHEAP AS FUCK. The worst part is they are rude when they upcharge a cheap piece of glass and say "sorry no refunds ‍" even though I bought glass the same day. I told my friends and they will not be going to smokers choice either after this incident. Checked the reviews too for this place and it looks like people have also had similar experiences. Fake vapes. Nothing at this store is legit. Bought vapes one day, half of them didn't work. When I verified them directly with the company they said they were fakes. A week later they had a special on glass. Spent 125$ on a nice piece. First rip the thing cracked and then when I put it down on the table cause I saw it was cracked it just shattered. When I called to talk to the owner he told me I broke it. Based on all the bad reviews how many times can these people screw up before it's on them? Can't be the customers fault everyday. read more

i went in to buy a few things and when i went to pay, the card reader said the transaction was invalid so i had to run my card through the machine again. (with a chip reader) then it went through the second time. when i looked at my bank statements, it showed that smokers had charged me TWICE on my card for the same transaction. i went in the day after to physically show them the two transactions and she said they only charged me once and told me to call my bank. no apology, no help. never going here again fuck this place. they have recently added a bunch of new workers and the workers i remember being helpful and always on task, i never see anymore besides this one good guy at the vape counter. read more
