I contacted her immediately to let her know, she refused to replace the hookah because "it's not her fault the hookah isn't working", "the manufacturer won't help her so she won't help me". She literally refused which makes me think she know that hookah didn't work!! Mind you it was $85. They don't not care about the customers after the purchase has been made. The manufacturer even asked me to just find another hookah store and ask the owner if the new hookah can be shipped there instead because they don't do home deliveries.
