I remember Capone cigarellos, djarums, and there was one brand of menthols that came in a flat box I would get on special occasions. Anyways, if I'm in the area I shop here for craft beers. They had this sorghum beer from England that was really good. I wish I could remember it. I picked up another couple for my friend who lives in New Orleans. I recently signed up with my email to join their promotional campaigns and to my surprise a few days later I got a text saying I won something and to respond if I wanted to accept what I'd won. I hesitated thinking it would be something of little significance like a coupon for something I don't need or a coupon to save mere pennies...but I did respond and got a call from them saying I'd won a 55" 4k smart TV! I hadn't won anything in a long time so I was thrilled and grateful for the blessing.

I contacted her immediately to let her know, she refused to replace the hookah because "it's not her fault the hookah isn't working", "the manufacturer won't help her so she won't help me". Mind you I called the manufacturer and they told me all she had to do was return the hookah to them & they'd ship the replacement to her store. She literally refused which makes me think she know that hookah didn't work!! Mind you it was $85. They don't not care about the customers after the purchase has been made. The manufacturer even asked me to just find another hookah store and ask the owner if the new hookah can be shipped there instead because they don't do home deliveries. I never do reviews but this lady really struck a nerve. Go some where else!!!! Because if you have an issue they will blame you for it!!!
