The man behind the counter appeared to be inconvenienced when he actually had to get out of his chair to process my purchase. After putting my change on the counter instead of handing it to me, he never spoke throughout the transaction, nor did he acknowledge that I actually thanked him and went back to his chair. Customer service results in repeat customers, I guess he doesn't understand that or even cares.

The mod price came out to be less than online and they gave me a few bottles of juice to make up for the error. Very nice guys who like to talk vapes and juice. I came in with my boyfriend to buy new coils and my favorite flavor cannoli. To my surprise it was on sale for $15! I got the receipt and left excited to put my juice in. Well.. Let's just say I can agree with the review on here about the person buying flavored "cat piss" because it was the worst taste I've ever tried! It even smelled weird.. I came back right before closing with my receipt and immediately the guy working said absolutely no returns.. Ummm that's fine I just wanted to get the cannoli flavor I came for. (Maybe it was a bad batch). He smelled the bottle and said it was fine so I told him to try my vape and see that I'm not crazy. I could tell that he knew it tasted disgusting and he STILL said that there was something wrong with our senses not the juice.. Wow ok... He than said to contact the company since they were local and take it up with them. I'll do that but I can probably bet that it was on sale because it was tampered with by Boston Vapor in some way and that's why it was on sale. Needless to say don't be fooled by the nice decor and white couches inside.. The guy who worked there is VERY rude and I've been to hole in the wall vape stores in Salem that have way more of a selection and much more positive people working there who are willing to help you without acting like your questions are annoying. I will definitely be redirecting my vape friends elsewhere! If anyone wants a bottle of Fugazi Cannoli I'll give it to you for free.99
