The first time I ever visited this place, I totally forgot to check in. No...it's not what you…read moremight be thinking. Sometimes a guy just....spaces out or is too distracted. In my case, it was the latter. I needed to find a specific type of hand-rolls. And for those who don't know or aren't as familiar, they not only come in various sizes, but also come pre-wrapped. My time is valuable. Which means I don't wanna waste precious minutes I'll never get back by painstakingly hand-rolling paper into oblivion. Nay. Enter this place to save the day! They've got everything and their selection is vast, lemme tell ya. I also really love the staff here. I'm pretty sure I've been serviced by the same girl both times and she's wicked cool and chill. I just go directly to the register, request my usual, and they have me in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you time it just right, there's almost never a line. I can't imagine there would be anyway, considering how many smoke and vape shops we have throughout the New England area. You have to be 18+ to enter, which....is kinda surprising, considering how many other shops I've been to that only let 21+ people enter. Oh, yeah. I almost forgot that I bought a pretty kick-ass vape device here the first time I arrived. I've been testing this thing out for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say it's pretty.....lit. Sorry. I couldn't resist. If I could change one thing about this store, it would be their location. Unfortunately, they're located on a one way road; meaning you can only turn right after leaving the parking lot. My house is in the opposite direction. This means I have to make a U-turn every single time I come here. Every. Single. Time. Why design cities like this? I just don't get it. Anywho, Smokers Haven just earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm giving them 5 perfectly rolled cigars out of 5.

She knows nothing about customer service - would rather put inventory away than help a customer. I have had 2 separate issues with her so I have learned my lesson and I will not be going back to this location and I recommend you do the same - AVOID this location at all costs.

When I called again today , they both claimed that they were informed of the situation and then tried to claim also that they didn't fail to call me back (how were you informed then?) nor did they attempt any further outreach on the situation. Only after I called a 4th time, was I told I was out of luck! the pipe came with a hole in it, i sent them a video that day, I offered the woman to send a video of me destroying the pipe for a refund and she told me I had to wait over the weekend because it was a Friday (this was the 8th of december)! after weeks of calls. I should have just done a chargeback after getting the phone call pulled because I was already offered a refund in return for the video of the flaw! 2 hours invested to try to get glass handled that is very clearly flawed if you can see how thin it was on some part of the pipe. a toothpick sized hole like this would not be detected even if I did your "so-called water test" your staff did NOT suggest. I thought you were a glass shop, yet you aren't willing or knowledgeable enough to inspect glass to see if it was indeed flawed upon manufacturing? Irrespective of the fact the pipe was used, 1) its clearly manufacturing 2) if you gave me $1 for iso alcohol I'd have cleaned it out, but with the amount of time i've spent on the phone I shouldn't have to spend more going down to the store to deal with this. My issue felt like it was not taken seriously as a customer and I felt forced to assert my stance as an honest customer trying to get things resolved during the phone interactions. PS: if you're going to reply to my comment, tell me you'll be providing me a solution, not a one-liner to save face on your Google Reviews. More of a weed "paraphernalia" store but they carry the only kind of e juice I like, and it looks like almost the whole wall behind the registers are e juice so I'm assuming good selection. Only bummer is e juice I use went from $14.99 to a whopping $19.99 recently. Constructive criticism, they could carry bigger selection of pod mods (ie Vaporesso PM 80 Luxe) and mods in general for e juice. Will continue to buy the e juice here as I am always pleased with their very friendly customer service.
