I'm glad I looked around and saw everything they have as I didn't know some of the stuff even existed. One item I have been wanting I did not know what it was called and very poorly described it. They had it and it was the same price I paid years ago. Some items they sell: kratom in powder, capsules, drinks. Exotic foods meaning Doritos from China without all the junk the United States allows companies to put in it., shroom bags, $6 rolling trays (and up), kava drinks/items. Like I said, stuff that I never even knew existed. I mean reason for writing this review is because of the phenomenal customer service... and great prices.

Clearly the only other person who has reviewed the company has a personal thing against the…read moreowner.....as he's reviewed all the smokers haven locations in the area...and they are all about Brett not speaking to him lol. I've always had a good experience here, the staff always welcomes you when you walk in, I've never had to wait more than a minute or 2 for assistance and those few times you could plainly see they were busy with others. They always have great suggestions on new flavors to try out and are very knowledgeable about their products when I have questions. I also do want to make a point to say that while I don't personally know the owner, I did visit the store one day while a guy who I assumed worked at all the locations doing merchandising, stocking and product updates. They were busy and he also looked very busy but he was standing by the product I needed locked in a case, he happily grabbed it for me and even cashed me out while stating "sorry! Don't use these frequently lololl". I've worked retail management and to be clear, this guy did not HAVE to assist me as there are front of the store staff working and getting paid for it, he took the time away from his own work assignment to help me and did it with a genuine smile on his face. So....."Brett, If this was you at the west Manchester location, THANK YOU. You have great customer service skills and no problem stepping in to assist your employees!...if this wasn't Brett...good job whoever you are..AND GOOD HIRING JOB BRETT!" Ps. The reviewer below only gives 1 star reviews. I checked the profile. Consider his experiences at your own caution and like mine better

Sorry I will try and catch their names next time. More of a weed "paraphernalia" store but they carry the only kind of e juice I like, and it looks like almost the whole wall behind the registers are e juice so I'm assuming good selection. Only bummer is e juice I use went from $14.99 to a whopping $19.99 recently. Constructive criticism, they could carry bigger selection of pod mods (ie Vaporesso PM 80 Luxe) and mods in general for e juice. Will continue to buy the e juice here as I am always pleased with their very friendly customer service.

Sometimes there will be people sitting there watching tv and smoking cigars, and while that is all fine and good, it makes people uncomfortable when everyone turns to look at you when you walk in. I was politely greeted by an employee (Hugo, I believe. Thats the name on my receipt anyway) and told him what I was looking for. He immediately showed me some different styles of box mods, and patiently explained all the bells and whistles to me. I was nervous about leaving the store with my new ecig and getting home and forgetting how to do something, and he assured me if i ever had any questions or forgot anything, I can always come back in and they are willing to help me with it. He was extremely courteous and made my purchasing experience stress free. Even before I left he was thinking out loud, trying to make sure he hadn't forgotten to explain something to me. He wanted me to leave feeling comfortable with my purchase. Thanks to him, they now have me as a customer for life. Thank you so much! :)
