These people are at work and their attitudes are terrible. Not sure if it's the hiring or some new training but there's not a single happy/helpful person left in the whole group. Has an assigned counselor they will connect by phone and will get free patches or whatever he needs to quit. All free because the cost of smoking diseases are costing our government big bucks.
