I have…read morebeen going here since 2020.. so I go in there today and there is a girl in there I have never seen, we look at the new elf bars, we picked the new watermelon Jolly- we paid for it and open it IN FRONT OF HER and smoked it and my fiancé looked at me and gave me a look and I know that look. So I tried it and it tasted disgusting.. so I said to the girl this taste nasty can I have a new one please? As their policy is 48 hr return policy this was 30 seconds... she looks at me and says no. I said it taste gross how can u say no? She was on the phone with someone. They were talking in a different language. Now my fiancé walked out, she said not switching it out because you don't like it. I said it's not I don't like it taste terrible. She said oh well. I said I want a new vape . She said im going to call the police I said no I am . This is your policy. she called the owner he called me a liar on the phone. I only wanted the same vape which I never had an issue before ever!! Now there's an issue?? So I called the Londondetry PD, now someone else shows up he tells me if it doesn't work they will take it back.. I said it's BURNT. Please change the vape , he said my uncle the owner said no. Okay now the police show up. What do you know. He told them I was right and they should of switched it out for me. He ended up buying me a new one and I threw it at them. The girl looked at the cop and said did you see that? He said well your policy stated 48 hr return... it doesn't state broken vapE. She is a returning customer your wrong here. You probably lost a customer and now we're leaving. When we walked outside he said they have poor customer service and go somewhere else and avoid coming there and yelp is a great place! I gave him a big hug!!! FOR THIS PLACE TO NOT SWITCH OUT A BURNT VAPE And to have this all get caused!!! Do not go there go to IVape in Londonderry or somewhere else. For an owner to call you a liar on the phone and they don't care about their customer. They are shady, scummy people... DO NOT GO HERE!! They need to go out of business!!! Do not buy from here!! They sell burnt/ expire vapes and juices!!
