These people are at work and their attitudes are terrible. Not sure if it's the hiring or some new training but there's not a single happy/helpful person left in the whole group. I don't need some chipper fake person but i certainly don't want to feel like my business is a nuisance as i walk in either. I'm done hoping they're just having an "off" day. I'll be doing business elsewhere from now on.

She said im going to call the police I said no I am . This is your policy. she called the owner he called me a liar on the phone. I only wanted the same vape which I never had an issue before ever!! Now there's an issue?? So I called the Londondetry PD, now someone else shows up he tells me if it doesn't work they will take it back.. I said it's BURNT. Please change the vape , he said my uncle the owner said no. Okay now the police show up. What do you know. He told them I was right and they should of switched it out for me. He ended up buying me a new one and I threw it at them. The girl looked at the cop and said did you see that? He said well your policy stated 48 hr return... it doesn't state broken vapE.
