Even so, they could clean it for around 35 EUR. So I said OK and left my camera. Next thing I know is I receive an offer at home for 90 EUR. I went there to ask what this was about and they explained to me the camera had too many components inside. And this is a Panasonic repair shop and they did not know how many elements this camera has when I left it?? So I said, if that was only an offer, I refuse it, I asked them not to do anything further and please return my camera. They said I could not take it then, because they had to put it back together, so they would give me a call. I asked if that was all and if I had to pay anything so far, they said no. 1 week later, after no call or anything of the sort, I went to pick up my camera. They said they had sent me an e-mail, which apparently I had not received, but nevermind. So they handed me the camera and asked me for 20 EUR. They had to be joking!! But what was I thinking, they would work for free?? What work were they talking about, I said I did not want them to do anything! Besides, I specifically asked them the previous time if I had to pay and they said no. No, according to them that was not true. And normally I had to pay when I leave my camera. Then why did they not take my money then?? But they usually take 35 EUR for this, now they were making me a discount only for 20 EUR. And why was I suddenly such an exception?? I was left with the impression they are totally trying to think of ways to rip me off, especially after I refused their 90-EUR offer. As a result, I will never set foot again in this place and neither would any of my friends!! I only hope my camera is still working fine

I was not able to talk to the technician nor was I called from the company. They told me as well that this was normal with this kind of refridgerator which I believe still have partial warranty . I know from Miele, that it is not possible to assess a damage or fault without running test. The total price was above 500 Euros. I strongly advise not to use this company because they took advantage from the situation that I was not at home.

Zuerst ging die Waschmaschine kaputt und dann auch noch unser Fernseher…read more Zum Glück haben wir euch an einem Sonntagvormittag erreicht! Der Mann am Telefon klang sehr kompetent und freundlich. Er würde bald bei uns vorbeikommen- noch am selben Tag- um sich die Geräte genauer anzuschauen, um einen Diagnose abzugeben. Die Anfahrt kostete nur 5€!!! Der Fernseher konnte vor Ort repariert werden, die Waschmaschine musste mitgenommen werden. Wir bekamen aber zum Glück ein kostenloses Leihgerät von der Werkstatt. Bevor er mit der Reparatur anfing, mussten wir noch einen Reparaturauftrag unterschreiben. Die Kosten hielten sich in Grenzen- unter 200€ kostete uns alles zusammen, inkl. der Anfahrt. Nach 3 Tagen bekamen wir auch noch unsere Waschmaschine zurück- sauberer als je zuvor! Dann noch eine 3-jährige Garantie auf die Reparaturen. Perfekt!

I'm starting to think this company is simply a scam whereby they remove appliances with the idea of "fixing" them -- all the while knowing that no sane person would pay what they ask. They then keep the appliances and sell them second hand. It's just what I think having gone through this experience. Company should not be in business. Partout vermeiden. Die haben meine Spülmaschine und Dunstabzug entfernt -- und mir einen Horrorkostenvoranschlag gegeben 333euro für die Dunstabzugreparatur -- ich kann ein Nagel neues für 93 kaufen und 273 euro für eine Pumpe für die Spülmaschine -- eine neue kostet um die 375. Tried to get my equipment back today which my friend brought in, but they refused to give me back the gear since I wasn't the one bringing it in even though I had the receipt with me. They also said they won't pay back the research costs (135,66€ in total for two items) while they didn't even touch the equipment once. My advise is to really avoid this place at all costs.
