We personally took in our Jura coffee machine for repairs at the end of last year. It took 3 weeks and not one week. We were never phoned, always had to phone them. The rudest receptionist! The original problem seemed to be fixed and then 2 weeks later it started only working now and then and giving all sorts of different error messages. So we took it back in January. Same incompetent receiptionist. And they're always terribly busy, so can only look at your machine after a week (don't look very busy to me!!) So after 2 weeks I phone again (no one contacted us). They only looked at the tray that was stuck and I had to explain AGAIN all that was wrong (This time I think I spoke to the manager, I think, and he couldnt understand why I was so upset with them????) So then after 3 weeks I phone AGAIN and they said the machine had been ready for 3 days already, but NO-ONE phoned to notify us. So we fetched it and lo and behold - now it doesn't work AT ALL. So somehow they managed to break a machine while trying to fix a small thing.
After all the bad reviews I cannot understand how they can still operate!!
I am HIGHLY disappointed with their service and will probably have to pay some other company to fix what they messed up!!! (Probably no hope of getting our money back)
