The group after me was offered samples and greeted more warmly, while I wasn't offered any and was simply asked, "what do you want?" The contrast in service made the experience feel uncomfortable. There are a few small tables to sit and eat, but I get the vibe that this is mostly a grab-and-go place, or that most people find a table in Union Station to eat. I would get ice cream from here again, but if you are able to visit the actual Little Man Ice Cream shop in Lodo, I think that would be even better!
