Tyler used to be my go-to guy. He was punctual, honest, and did decent work at a great price. Evidently, he has some family matters going on, but decided to work on my home anyway. After telling me about his numerous personal issues, I should've seen that as sign enough to tell him to leave. But he said he needed the money and he didn't have any other work, and he did good work previously, so I went ahead and kept him. Well, he didn't follow any instructions, connected switches poorly, mounted one switch crooked and when I called him on it, he started mumbling to himself, cursing, went to my husband, collected the money, lying about the work being completed, and left. Sadly, I can't trust Tyler and would very, very much hesitate to call him. He used to be my goto guy, but for now, stay far, far away. Edit: Since I am not qualified to diagnose Tyler, I've edited the above. But my review stands. He has since tried to call me, accusing me of "threatening his family" with my review. Take from that what you will. My husband was unhappy with the work done once he saw it. His lights no longer worked at all. I hired another electrician who stated that my previous electrician "didn't know what he was doing" and I had to pay again to have the work done. read more

If you want to be ghosted like a bad boyfriend would then give Thermo a call. They left the job half finished and with lots of issues. And then didn't return phone calls or text messages. The can lights don't come one properly. The upgrades I was charged for on the electrical panel didn't solve the issues existing with the house. Work that was part of the scope was not addressed but was charged for (like canceling existing lines that were no longer needed). Overall a totally amateur job and terrible communication. If it's anything more than swapping out like fixtures do not use Thermo. read more

Tyler is very good at what he does, his rates are fair and most important of all he is honorable. I have had him at my house for several projects and he has done everything well. He even went above and beyond after spending twelve hours installing recessed lights and dimmers in all my rooms and found a loose wire that was keeping my A/C from coming back on. Anyone else would have told me to call an HVAC specialist and just left me in the 90 degree house but he didn't. Instead he found a bad repair done by a previous contractor and fixed it right.
