this company replaced my air condition about two years ago and since that time we have problem with the whole upstair and downstair AC and heater. Elias came many times and changed this and that, but still, we have the same problem and after a year the warranty has gone and now he keeps charging us to come and look at the mess that he did. after we contacted another company and the new company looked at the two units that Elias installed, they told us that almost every part is ASpan brand while Elias sold us the Goodman brand. They told us probably these parts are used also. He installed a 3 unit instead of 4 unit at the downstair, as a result at the wintertime when the weather gets too cold, the heater stops working and in summertime our Ac keeps running from morning to night and the rooms are warm because the unit is small for our house and cannot make the rooms cool or cold. please do not make a mistake and choose this company to mess up with your AC or heater because they are not honest and does not know which unit your house needs. Also now after about two years that Elias installed the upstair unit, our upstair AC does not work. we called him and he sent someone to look at it and as I said he charged us also, then he said something is wrong with the coil, once the guy that he sent opened the coil, it was an old span coil and that was why it ruined less than two years. So, finally stay away from this guy because he finds the part from here and there and put them in your house and sell them for you as new units. read more
