I realize driving and parking in Natick center can be tricky, but this was one of the tightest parking lots I've ever encountered in my life. Somehow I squeezed into a spot and walked in. They have a designated door for takeout only. I walked up to the counter and nobody was there, I made eye contact with two staff members and they didn't say anything which I found strange. Regardless, a few minutes later someone came by, and asked me my name for my order. I let the staff member know I actually didn't place my order yet and asked if I could see a menu. He sighed loudly and handed me a menu. At this point, I completely lost interest, but I was so hungry, on a time crunch, and spent so much effort parking my car in that horrible parking lot that I decided to see it through. $15 and 25 minutes later, I received a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant (which came with a side of home fries). Fine, but after the hassle, this food needs to win me over. Unfortunately, one bite and I was so disappointed. Dunkin breakfast sandwiches are leagues ahead of Eli's, and that is saying a lot. The crust of the second one was actually soggy. Floppy pizza is a thing, but it shouldn't disintegrate! Also, the cheese over-cooked so that the oil separated, and the pizza was extremely salty. Combine that with the GrubHub (or store's?) driver just dropping the pizzas in my neighbor's driveway, and a photo of the location didn't show up for some time in the app, so I had to wander around randomly looking for my pizzas in my pajamas. Ate a few slices, but threw the rest in the garbage. Basically inedible. Never again!
