The nationally advertised company I was using couldn't meet basic requests for months and I knew would never meet the challenge when I was faced with what turned into day and overnight care. Companion Home Care is a local company and Michelle has gone above and beyond for my dad and family over and over again. Every bump in the road I faced was met with Michelle's help. I am so thankful to her for giving me the gift of keeping my dad with me the last six months of his life. I learned so much from the providers that made things I was struggling with easier. He had the same people daily for months. Caring for a parent with dementia and health needs was more challenging than I could have imagined. My 93 year old dad was 6'5" tall, had mobility problems, advanced dementia, was legally blind, and had many health issues. Because of Michelle's dedication, my dad was able to stay with us and received wonderful care before and during hospice. My dad loved the people caring for him. They were sweet, kind, thoughtful, and did their job well. I never worried about his care. He was happy and the providers were well trained and knew how to take care of him. Everyone arrived as scheduled without exception and I was able to meet the work challenges I was facing during COVID. They made such a stressful year so much better. Some how, Michelle met the challenges I faced each and every time, even with the problems COVID added. They were all there for my dad until the very end. I will be forever grateful to them all.

" if they don't get the equipment back by 3/13/2026 then Apria has to ANR the equipment and patient will be left to owe a big bill. " If I don't have oxygen, I die! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!Got oxygen and lost orig/gasket, I called and went there and they give me extra ones. Why the hell they don't offer extra when at my house I could not figure out. That would be great customer service. The billing system is the worst and can not sign on most times, can't get copies of statements. If I could have known this before I allowed my doctor to pick them I would have gone to someone else. Just read the reviews/complaints. They all have a response to contact them via email and they will get back to you. I can say they never got back to me. Still waiting for another 3 weeks. 02/03/26 - apria local office called today told me I needed to bring the equipment back yesterday. I said my doctor has ordered the equipment from a better DME Provider and it will be here soon. She didn't feel like I that was good enough and said she would be out Monday to pick the item up. They don't care if I die because I don't have another Oxygen or CPAP machine. this is the care you get from for so called medical professionals. I know I can not make my Doctor or the insurance agency or the new DME provider to go faster. They have to just deal with it. I got different information from the toll free number guess thats corporate. And the local office knows nothing about it and doesn't care. 1/5/26 - STILL THE WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY HAVE YOUR HISTORY OF PURCHASE AND SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK. WHEN IT IS FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED, THEY TELL ME OH WELL, YOU HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS FOR INSURANCE TO COVER IT. IF THEY GOT IT CORRECT THE FIRST TIME IT WOULD BE DONE. I HAD 2 OTHER THINGS SHIPPED WRONG AND FINALLY GOT THE ONE I NEEDED BUT IT STILL WASN'T THE NEW TYPE THAT FIT BETTER AND WOULD NOT BOTH MY FACE. I'M AT THE POINT TO TAKE ALL MY CPAP ITEMS BACK AND LET THEM KEEP THEM HOWEVER IT SAYS THAT I OWN IT AFTER 13 MONTHS SO THAT IS ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS AWAY.
