They emphasize following their process without explanation, just that it's the required next step. I initially followed as required, but then it just felt like they were not listening to my questions for clarity, just reiterating their steps. But I was getting paid 16.50 an hour to climb up rafters with a high powered neumatic gun to nail down the base of the second floor.
